Mark is always a great person to talk to and super knowledgeable and everyone we chat with from Ourisman VW on our travels up to Bethesda Row and beyond have been great. We haven't needed a VW yet but if their super friendly personalities are anything to go by this would be the place to go in the area.
Ourisman Auto Group is also a big sponsor of cycling events and I know John O. is a big area cyclist so great to see them involved around here.

Bought a new electric car in May, having a severe issue with getting my license plate. Very limited customer service. Emailed my actual salesperson multiple times, they didn't even respond after the sale. Voicemails to others went unanswered, even to the sales manager. Plates expired already and now I'm subject to fine because the dealer has not been responsive on this issue.
(Update, 3 weeks later: I was finally able to get the plates and one of the sales people expedited it. So I do want to thank the dealer for finally getting it done for me)

I can not speak highly enough of my experience with Guillermo at Ourisman VW of Bethesda. Guillermo was extremely knowledgeable on the multiple different models my wife and I were interested in and helped us decide on the best choice for our family. From the moment we walked in until the moment he handed us the keys, it was clear he truly cared about us and our car buying experience. If you are looking for a VW or a Volvo, I truly can’t recommend anyone more than Guillermo.

I typically only like to do positive reviews, but I am struggling to find the positives. First and foremost, I bought my used car, no one sold it to me - there was no selling - ever. Which I guess may be the reason that the salesperson never at any time thanked me for my purchase. Positive: the visit to finance was one of the best I have ever had. Very efficient, very professional. He did thank me.
I called the morning I was to pick up the car to confirm it was ready to go with all the original missing items found and was assured it was ready to drive away. When I arrived, no one had cleaned it, no one had found the missing key, no one had filled the tank - so I waited. Positive: the gentleman at the desk was very gracious and offered me the option of getting food while I waited. When the car was supposedly ready - it was not as it was the day prior and had obvious damage. I was told at that time that someone would contact me to schedule a service appt for the fix and here we are, 5 days later, no contact from anyone about the missing key or the service appt. I will make sure the service is completed, and I will make sure I get the key, but I would never recommend this Ourisman location. You may pay more to go somewhere else, but they will probably understand customer service and the importance of follow through and the simple Thank you.

Visited a few weeks ago and worked with Bradley and he was the nicest person ever! Would really recommend him and the manager there. Very kind and caring sales people who care about the customers!

After going to over a dozen dealers in the DMV, I FINALLY found THE BEST! I was greeted by a gentleman named JC - he made the entire process flawless. JC even pulled up the car I was test driving so I could see how it looked pulling up! He really went that extra mile & was honest, knowledgeable & professional! I highly recommend!!

The process was fairly quick and painless. I've dreaded buying a car for the last 2-3 years, mainly because it's so difficult to work with traditional dealers, but I also didn't want to buy a Tesla. Ourisman VW understood the tax credits and registration process so the purchase went smoothly.
