MAJOR Douchebag of a sales guy in the store, I wanted to buy cone papers in bulk but they didn't have it so he offered me the individual packs, I normally say no because I like to buy in BULK to save money (duh) and the individual packs add up if you want a lot. he said the price was $2.50 each so I was like yeah sure. My price would have been $2.50 x 5 = $12.50 plus 7% tax. This guy thinks I'm stupid or something and tried to tell that my total was $19.90 because of TAX? Homie a 7% tax is not that much. Then tried to continue lying to me and said that that's how tax works I pulled out my calculator and was like ok so you're lying to me? And then he said ok the price is $2.75. Like LOL that still wouldn't add up. He charged me $3.75 a pack and lied that whole time to me. He was so rude and was lying to me about the prices after he already charged me and didn't give me a receipt. I work in accounting dude. I was about to make this my new smoke shop too since it's nearby. Lol NOPE. Maybe a**hole running the store should smoke something himself and not try to deceive people. Major ew. Don't go here.

I was completely surprised when I first walked in. The people were super helpful and nice. Everything is organized and clean at the max and you can tell they want to make sure that you are comfortable. So I walked in with questions and I learned more than I thought I would. They are super helpful about health tips when it comes to their products and how to use them properly. I love this place.

Wow this place is amazing. They have awesome pieces, very funky; to buy. Also the selection is great. Very friendly staff and very attentive. The customer service is probably what I would go back for. They helped me pick out a piece to my liking and got me what I needed. The only problem I had was not getting more! Would highly recommend based on the customer service alone.

Visited this shop recently and had a great experience! Was looking to purchase a gift for someone but was not familiar with the products. The store associate was super helpful and very friendly! The prices are really reasonable for such good quality. Recommend hitting this place up!

this is my go-to shop :) they have a wide selection and friendly employees. the sales associate was so great with helping me find the right cbd gummies that have been amazing helping me sleep! can’t say enough good things about funky piece!!

I don't personally smoke but was looking for a gift for a good friend who does, so naturally I have NO idea what to buy. Nevertheless, the staff knew exactly what to recommend and proved to be extremely friendly and knowledgeable.

Just visited the Bethesda location and got an awesome glass piece! The associate was a great help and was super chill while I was taking so long to make a decision. The prices are super fair compared to other shops I've visited in the Rockville area (hint hint). They had a great selection of pieces too.
