“I switched to T-Mobile. However, the process hit a snag due to a fraud/identity theft issue. It took many steps to create a T-Mobile account and get the promotions and phone I wanted. Andrew O helped me at the local store on about 10 different occasions. He was nothing but helpful, patient, and honest throughout the entire process. He spent many hours with me to secure one sale. He showed that I was valued, even if he easily could have brushed off my issue and moved on to the next customer. I think he really went above and beyond to help me in my process of becoming a T-Mobile customer. “The Apple Store is as most of the other Apple stores are. It’s spread out and has claaaes in the back with Apple advisors selling stuff and asking questions if they can help. Nothing spectacular but all business. I go here more often than Chevy chase / Bethesda store as parking is easier and getting to it also easier.”
“This is a smaller size 2 story Target store. There is a garage with free parking. At guest services you can pick up your orders & make purchases. They have curbside pickup and delivery and self checkout stations. They sell all the home goods, gift cards, grocery and snack & drink items you expect to find at all Targets as well as designer items, toys, games, clothing, health and beauty, mobile, seasonal and electronic items with some limitations due to the store's size. The employees are friendly & helpful. The store opens at 7 am. Tuesday mornings from 7 am to 8 am are seniors shopping hours. Mask wearing is required in the store. And yes I've personally observed an employee wiping down escalators and other spots of the store to keep them clean for the customers. I like shopping at Target. It's very convenient and reliable with everything you need at one store. The prices are reasonable and the quality is very good. I also like the price matching and the good variety of promotions on the things that you really need when you need them! “I ordered a water bottle for a good price. There was only one available, so I knew I was taking a chance if something was wrong with it. It was advertised as NEW, so I just hoped it would be fine. The bottle came without the straw, which affects the stated functionality of the bottle. I contacted secondipity customer service and explained the problem. Initially they offered me a $3 refund to replace the straw, due to not having replacement parts to offer themselves. I looked up the cost to buy the part with shipping and it would have cost $6. I sent secondipity this information, and they provided me a $6 refund without issue. So, I was able to get the straw for no extra cost to me from the bottle manufacturer. Yes, it was a little extra effort on my part, but I was very satisfied by the customer service support I received.”

We rushed back to the store with high hopes and sure enough Gerard (Asset Management or Loss prevention) went above and beyond to find our items! We try not to take advantage of how helpful she can be but we needed to rely on her a good amount when transitioning because Verizon’s systems are just so flawed/confusing. Can’t say enough great things about her. Truly professional as well. It’s hard to find help and care like that anywhere these days. She’s the reason we are sticking with Verizon.”

“I went to 7-Eleven for a snack and guess what? They had Skittles Gummies! I've been searching for these since I saw a commercial about a month ago. The store had all three flavors, but I went for regular and sour. The place was clean, tidy, and the staff were friendly.It's nice when a store has a variety of snacks, and 7-Eleven had exactly what I was looking for.This 7-Eleven was not only neat and clean but also well-organized. It was easy to find what I needed, and the way things were displayed made shopping easy. The staff at 7-Eleven were really nice. Their welcoming attitude made my quick stop even better.”
