Chevy Chase Acura (CCA) is professional, courteous, and efficient. Check in for service was smooth (Mr. Burchette), car was washed (a nice surprise}, a multi-point cursory inspection was performed, and follow up was excellent until... I submitted requested feedback and noted that the primary reason for bringing the car in was not addressed. Since then, I have heard nothing from anyone at CCA, which is disappointing.
