This establishment is wonderful, I am a new customer. I've been looking for a place to have my Yorky puppy groomed and Bone Jour came highly recommended and I see why! The associates there are all very very friendly, they make the drop off and pick up of the pets very easy, they did a fantastic job grooming my very young pet. I will definitely be a return customer! thanks again for making this experience enjoyable for me and my dog!!

We take all 4 of our dogs to Bone Jour every 8 weeks and 1 of our dogs to Bone Jour every 4 weeks. They do a fantastic job, our dogs enjoy going there, and they truly seem to love our pets! We have also taken pregnant dogs there, and they have always been sure to carefully attend to them & their unique needs while pregnant. We've been going to Bone Jour for almost 4 years now and I wouldn't take our dogs anywhere else!

They do a fantastic job grooming our two Newfoundland girls!! These are big dogs, and one is a new rescue that has not had exposure to many things including grooming. She was full of fur, matts, fear and I'm sure lots of energy overall. Bone Jour worked wonders and these girls look beautiful!! The undercoats are out and we are hopefully on a good path to happy grooming. Huge thanks to the whole Bone Jour team

It is hard finding a great place for your pets. We’ve tried and failed many times in the DC area, but we love Bone Jour. They love our dog, know him by name the second he comes in the door, and we trust them to always do a great with job grooming, day care, or boarding.The staff is super friendly, helpful, and responsive to your inquiries. Highly recommend.

Love Glenda who has been grooming my dogs for years. I followed her from last employer to BJ. She is so kind and does an amazing job. I have never had an issue with her grooms.The BJ staff is always friendly and kind. Love their energy and obvious love they show their four legged clients.

Bone Jour has been the best day care place for my dog Bruno. He has been attending it since he was a small puppy. I want to express my appreciation to all day care team members for caring,loving attitude and taking care of our dogs as if they were their own. Two weeks ago I had to travel for a week and needed someone to look after Bruno. It was his first time being away from home by himself and I did not know what to expect. I entrusted Bruno to Bone Jour's team and he spent a week in his "boarding camp" there while I was overseas, visiting my family. He definitely missed his home when I picked him up, but after a week of being at home and catching up on his sleep, he was excited to go back to Bone Jour and see his friends again. I definitely give Bone Jour 5 stars for a wonderful and friendly environment, great indoor and outdoor play areas, caring and attentive staff. I recommend Bone Jour to my friends and all dog owners that I meet here in Bethesda. Becky, Jennifer, Michelle, Lisa , Caroline , David and all team members at Bone Jour, THANK YOU for all you do for our community :)

They turn customers into villains. I called to complain that my dogs hair was cut to 1/4 inch when it was supposed to be 1 1/2 inches. Told me I was wrong and that there was nothing they would do and then told me (when I was talking calmly) that I was hostile and was now banned from the place. So to clarify thay did an incorrect cut but said I was wrong and that they stand by their groomer and I wad banned. What away to conduct customer service. Do NOT GO HERE.

Vanessa shaved my double-coated dog after being given specific instructions to only trim her feathers and do a sanitary trim. Never coming back.

We have been taking our Newfoundland here for a while now and are very pleased with Bone Jour. They consistently understand and respond to questions and requests quickly, and their ability to communicate effectively is on par with the quality of grooming. A rare breed.
