First time here and rented a tux. Attention and service was prompt. Measurements and ordering was good, and final fitting promptly cinched up what was missing. I was out the door in 10 minutes from the final sitting. Great service.

The best shop around for all your alterations and rental needs. I take all my polos and pants to them and they always provide excellent work. Quality craftsmanship and great customer service! Highly recommend!

I brought in a wedding dress for minor alterations (I just needed a bustle added and the straps taken in a bit). I kid you not, I was quoted at $800. I've attached a photo for proof. So I took my dress to a different tailor, where I was quoted at $115 - yes, $115 - for exactly the same services. And it's not like this tailor had low prices because she was bad; she had 20 years of experience and did an excellent job. So watch out if you take anything to Bethesda Custom Tailors for alterations because they may give you a ridiculously high quote. Be sure to get a second opinion/quote from at least one other place.

This place was fantastic! We went in for a tuxedo fitting for our wedding and I must say it was easily the most plesant experience I've had thus far. 10/10 not only is staff super accommodating but flexible, willing to work with and even around certain things. It's not common to find a tailor who can work with people around the country and they were willing and able to accommodate our country-wide wedding party spread! Thank you for a fantastic experience!

Excellent alterations service! I had a dress that I need to make bigger which is a difficult task and they were very accommodating to help me figure out how to get it done. I needed to get it back soon and was charged a $20 rush fee which was reasonably priced.

It was an amazing experience there and needed a tux before prom on a friday, came in on a monday and they were able to get me in and out in an hour and my tux came in time. Oolga, the head tailor there was super nice and she is great at her job. i knew nothing about wearing a tux and she did everything for me efficiently and effectively.

I needed a suit for an unexpected funeral while out here on a trip. They came through with an excellent modern cut suit. Lots of comments from strangers that it was very GQ. They were friendly and attentive. All good.
