Although website says 130 reopen, person here says not til 2 and got snippy with me when I pointed out website says 130. "Does the website say i dudnt get to lunch til 1:10?" Sorry but we all have jobs to do abd it is week before Xmas. I came here to help out post office rather than UPS. Now we know why usps is in trouble.

I know everyone is tired and overwhelmed but there are so many delivery errors in my neighborhood. Most of the time we take it and put it in the right mailbox, but who knows how much of my mail has been sent back or thrown in the trash because it went to someone else's house.

Recently had a pleasant experience here. Mike made my day, after a negative experience at the Ocean Pines branch on my birthday. He wasn’t able to immediately solve my issue but he showed care and took steps to solve my problem and even followed up.

I can always tell who's delivering mail. We have our normal delivery person who's amazing. Then there is whoever steps in after her who doesn't seem to know 708 from 104. Literally got a week's worth of mail from a lady who stated that my mail was in hers. The mail included my pay checks that were suppose to be here for Christmas. I wasn't able to get gas, nor gifts, of food all because the incompetent party who delivered mail. Not to mention. The informed delivery never even showed the other pieces of mail. It's a waste trying to call cause no one answers, and they don't like helping you in person, give me the job. I and I'm sure others will be grateful at this time to do what they should be doing.

The gentleman who works there full time is INCREDIBLY rude. And please don't forget to never show up right before his lunch because he may chew you out for that. AVOID THIS BRANCH AT ALL COSTS!
