My laptop keyboard stopped working this weekend and I brought it to PC retro shop 2 hours before they closed. The owner Nestor had amazing customer service and fixed my computer before they closed and charged me a very reasonable price. Moving forward, They will always have a costumer in me .

The owner and staff were super nice and helpful! It was quick an easy! I appreciated that they were able to explain how to set up everything and didn’t seem condescending/judgmental about me being clueless. I got like a 100 dollars off a nice and not that old monitor which was awesome! I saw other reviews complain about slightly cheaper prices online but honestly I think it more than worth it to have a real person to talk you through the process and be actually able to see the condition the device is in vs taking a risk on something online! Plus getting to support a small business instead of giving bezos more money is always a bonus!! Will be back.

Great website. Wonderful telephone and in-person service. I was in and out within 15 munutes. Included me sharing PC specifications, quick set-up for testing, and purchase. Fair prices. Discovered they offer other services. I will return.

Truly a great place... I was referred by my brother in law. Each time I've been my problem was resolved. I even bought a used Mac from them.

I've purchased 3 laptops for my kids and a tower for myself from Nestor over the years. Had an issue with one of the laptops and brought it back two days later - the framizam wasnt oscillating or something. Nestor took a look at it and fixed it, no charge, in about 20 minutes.Brought my tower to him recently, apparently my surge protector aged out and then lighting - ouch. He did repairs and upgrades quickly and cheaply. Is willing to explain and discuss options, no upselling.This is absolutely my go-to place for computers and servicing.

My screen was cracked and the hinge was broken. Nestor did a wonderful job fixing it. Highly recommended for your pc and electronic needs. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Nestor was very kind in assisting with identifying and resolving an issue with the laptop. Specifically, pertaining to the battery and the adapter. He has resolved several issues for my friend and is always reliable. Will be back! : )

I brought a desktop in 1999 and it’s still working fine. I also brought a 14 inch laptop 2 years ago.I will continue to buy only from this company. I give Pcretroshop a 5 or better.

It's been maybe a couple years since I was here but I've been going here for years and have always had good experiences with them. I've bought both PCs and monitors here. They generally have a lot of inexpensive PCs (and some Macs) that have been rotated out by some corporation, so a bit dated and not high-end even when new, but very affordable. I once took in a bricked iPad to be recycled and instead the guy fiddled with it and got it working again and handed it back! Very honest!

Nestor, the owner is an amazingly helpful business professional dedicated to customer service. While under no obligation he went above and beyond to help me with a problem I had with an unaffiliated store with a similar name in a different state. He listened to my computing need and found a solution just right for me at a price I couldn’t believe. A very generous and upstanding business owner! I can’t recommend him enough. I bought a refurbished computer at PC Retro yesterday and received outstanding service. Nestor took over ownership of this store in mid-2021, so any unkind reviews prior to that should be ignored. Nestor is exactly the kind of business owner we should all want to support. He was very patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. He cares about his business and his customers. He gave me so much practical advice! This will not be the last time I do business with Nestor. I wholeheartedly recommend PC Retro. And I got a terrific price too.

I purchased a work laptop from PC Retro. A Dell, that was bare basics and not all the bells and whistles. It was perfect for what I needed it for: school and work. The prices were affordable and worth the cost. I'd suggest this place for someone that needs a cheap computer and doesn't want to spend money on a new computer. The salesperson turned on the laptops and allowed me to test them out. There was a nice variety of Dells and MacBooks. They also have screens that are helpful if you want multiple screens for your home computers. There's plenty of parking and the location is easy to find.
