I arrive at TWO minutes before 8pm and I am not let in nor be seen with something in my chest and a runny nose. The black one had no trouble turning me away but then they let this guy in my accompanying photo sit there and let HIM STAY to be seen. Unless he is a security guard or someone’s uncle I have no idea but he is just sitting there. And please spare me about time management. I am pretty sure if I was white they would have let me in as this guy in the photo IS a WHITE GUY. I know because he sat super close to the window where I could see him easily. There were even staff standing around having a nice little conversation with each other going on well into 830pm. Even people STILL being seen and let out going on after 831pm. Odd

These guys just want my money, I came in about 2 weeks ago we did a urine test and they prescribed me with bactrim, symptoms came again because the issue hadn’t been resolved, I Insisted on them not giving me bactrim again because I was having severe skin rashes because of it, but the doctor was like “no it’ll be fine”. It wasn’t, now I’m back here for the 3rd time so that they can charge my insurance $200 again because whenever you call them all they say is “come in for a follow up” ridiculous bunch of scammers

I went here on a Saturday evening for an ear infection that wouldn’t go away. I arrived at 5 and was out the door by 5:45pm. The staff was very professional and nice.

This is a very well organized system of care. From check-in to check-out each step is handled with competency and a streamlined set of steps. The ability to have the basics done in one place is so much appreciated! Lab work and xrays while you wait instead of having to go to another location is great when you're ill or in pain. All of the employees I ever have encountered at the Beltsville location have been helpful, respectful, and friendly.THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR HELP TODAY!

Horrible. Horrible. Horrible service. Got here before they opened. I registered and paid at 815am, then they took my vitals and put me in one of the rooms. It is now 11:30am and no one has seen me yet, or even checked in on me. I will NEVER come back to this Patient First.DO NOT COME TO THIS PATIENT FIRST!!!

The front desk woman was so rude and inconsiderate. Never had an experience where a grown woman was yelling at me. Very bad manners. Waited 3.5 hrs for them to tell me nothing
