Dont waste your time, I rolled in there not desperate, not broke down, drivin a new ride and had an extra tool I didnt need, yes purchased about a year ago, used once. These clowns tried to tell me a fake law abt it lookin new, then he says he needs a receipt??? What??? Complete lies, I took it to another shop ....gone. The real deal was they knew they couldn't scam me...or they are broke dunno no time for the BS...

So they open at 10 but doors were locked and they stood there just looking not even trying to come open up their doors I mean at least have the courtesy to have a hand gesture for one second

They have rude employess thats one. They speak they're languange in front of you, which you can tell their CLEARLY talking about you. Their business hours online states they close @ 8, so you would assume thats what time they close but instead they close at 7. I arrived to the door @ 7:10 becuase online it says they close at 8, an employee looked at me crazy and contiued to walk away from the door. I called today to be informed that I WOULD BE CHARGED A EXTRA $20 becuase I arrived at 7:10 because online it states they close at 8 but apparently they close at 7 & was told thats my fault. they employess have nasty nonchalant attitude, and dont seem to care

I'm Apple Care " I want to speak with your manager" aggravated y'all I don't tend to take yelp that seriously, let alone passing interactions with people. But, I need to vent or else I might internalize this experience. My interaction with store management at this location was frighteningly disappointing. I'm kicking myself because what would you expect from the staff of retail store? However, I'll bite. Before you go inside take a peek and see if staff is preoccupied with friends. If not, all is well, you might have a pleasant experience. The lady behind the counter, I'll edit the review with her name because she deserves to be called out. It might be Jessica. (Eta; her name is Jessica) Woo-Sah. Last night she behaved passive aggressive and rude to me. For absolutely no reason. Looking back I wish I were more vocal, but alas, I tend to keep the peace in situations even when I'm justified to call folks to the carpet. There was some guy there who appeared to be a friend or boyfriend. Who cares. That's not the point. I'm not policing what someone does at their job. That would be petty. He seemed nice enough. However, what made me uncomfortable was her showing off for him. This isn't high school. It was so awkward folks. You know what I mean? When you walk "in" on a conversation. Yet, this is a place of business. I shouldn't have felt uncomfortable for essentially checking an errand off my to-do list. Love is awesome. I get it. I'm happily engaged. You want to always be around that person. Heck, that's the sort of thing that makes me smile. I digress. Jessica (I'm trying to be as specific as possible, ya know, lead by example) got upset when I told her boyfriend/friend/cut buddy I don't speak Spanish. This was after she said something in Spanish that made the room erupt in laughter. I like jokes too ... what's so funny y'all? Speak in English with the same energy you have toward me in Spanish. Not because it's "America" or anything MAGA-ish. I want to learn Spanish. This ain't personal boo. I heard her say the word caca. I don't know who or what that was directed toward but my spidey senses went off. Don't hide behind self imposed language barriers, say that sh*t with your chest. After her little monologue, she proceeded to go to the bathroom. Can't make this up lol Classy. So I was left hanging in the balance..... this feels like the tenth time I've written the word awkward and/ or uncomfortable. I felt like the new kid in school that's the butt of an inside joke. Why do I have to do mental gymnastics to determine whether or not she said something offensive or not. Say whatever inside joke you have for me in English. Keep that same energy Jessica. Do you see how quickly communication can dissolve when you remove the other party from the dialogue. I'm grasping at straws while she's in front of me performing a transaction. How is that acceptable behavior from store management? TLDR; super bad vibes y'all. I literally came inside and possibly interrupted her free time with her boyfriend/friend so I got the bad end of her bad mood.

My 5 star rating is based on there large selection of used hand and power tools. There is always a good amount available for an excellent price. Also, the customer service has been great the 5 or 6 times I have paid this King Pawn a visit.

Great selection of used power tools at a good price. Very friendly staff, they let me test everything prior to purchase. Will be frequenting this establishment again!

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!!! HORRIBLE!!! These people are thieves. I usually don't do this to businesses but I'm giving them a horrible review because their customer service sucks and they don't wanna do anything to improve their service!!! DONT GO THERE!!! They are HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!

Google says they close at eight, I called at 7:10 am on May 31, 2017 and a woman answered, I proceeded to TRY and ask a question about they're store but she rudely interjected and told me to call back at 10 then ended the call, I Barley got a word in. Haven't even made it to the store and already don't want to do any buisness with their establishment

This is the second time I've been to this place. The time before I brought my stuff and I had a drill combo set almost brand-new, a laptop. Both times the past and this time I come in and the staff is just sitting there talking to friends laughing and joking I'm staying in there for 20 minutes. Then they see me and without even looking at my stuff. They say I don't have a market for this I can't sell this I'll pass. Both times. I've been to several pawnshops they have sold many items. I've never had were service in my life. This store is an absolute joke!! How do you had not have a market for a laptop and a Dewalt combo kit. The laziest staff I've ever seen in my life

I've visited several pawn shops in the area. For most of them, it's a coin flip between whether the store will rob you or the area you're in. This pawn shop in particular is an outstanding store with a great location and incredibly helpful staff. It's really hard for me to not leave without a tool I've been looking for or some camera accessory my wife has been looking for. The only reason I'd ever rate this store with a low score is to scare off people from the amazing deals so I could have them all to myself. tl;dr Great store, great staff, great prices.
