If I could give this place 0 stars I would. We have been clients for years, purchasing wholesale items. The only reason we come back is due to the convenience since the rest of our wholesalers are out of state. However, the customer service is not up to par. The sales representative/front desk, etc are extremely rude. Never willing to help. We are bringing in business so you’d expect to be treated with the utmost respect. On the contrary, you will receive rude answers, no gratitude.UPDATE !!!!!!!! These folks just responded to my review and are clearly in denial. We are a family owned business and I’ve never purchased under my name, but no I am not confused these folks are located in Beltsville, it is indeed a furniture company who sells wholesale furniture to other furniture stores (like my family’s) and my review still stands, and they just proved my point. Rather than owning it and bettering their service they are arguing back and claiming that my review is a “malicious attack” . A review is an opinion at the end of the day, and In my opinion these folks do not hold any customer service skills. Just ridiculous all around.

This place is AMAZING!!!! love how they handle their customers, The CSR's are all friendly and helpful, a lot has changed from a couple of years ago. Even through the pandemic they still did their best to stay open and deliver.

Wish I could give negative stars! I got a sofa that was extremely hard and uncomfortable, and they wanted me to pay more than what the sofa costs to send it back! Very poor customer service…horrible experience!!!

I went here with my mother.They open at 9am, We arrived at 12pm and nobody was there to open the door and welcome us. After about 5 minutes a small middle aged asian women dressed in a work suite opens the door for us . We ask her if there are any beds and she says no, we ask her about the beds in fromt of our eyes and she says" sold out" and returns to her office. Leaving us alone in the store. I personally ask her specific questions about the recliner chairs and she ignores me, after 2 more attempts to get her attention I I finally say that she can finish up whatever tf shes doing because me and my mom are leaving! and she gets up saying a lot of nonsense and tells me and my mom "**** you" while sticking up the middle finger. Very interesting experience, I would not recommend anyone visiting especially if you are a POC.

Great furniture company. Very Nice shower room and place. They have so many type furniture, Sofa, loveseat, chair, Sectional. Recliner. They are very patient and kindly. If you want to buy any furniture, We will recommend this place to everyone.
