Walgreens has been my go to pharmacy for years and the pharmacy staff is excellent. But you also need to go into this store to see the wide variety of choices for everything you need. They offer a small amount of refrigerated items but always have a number of items on sale or lower than many department stores like Target and Walmsrt. You will be surprised.

Thank you so much for figuring out an allergy that many others missed. I was feeling miserable and lots of medical professionals didn't see it. But the pharmacist at Walgreens saw it and I feel so much better now.

Don't bother! I started coming to this location because it was never a wait in the drive thru. Now it's ALWAYS a line due to SLOW workers and Poor customer service! And please get use to your meds not being ready, even after them telling you they are getting them ready. I'll be switching my Pharmacy right now! Walgreens are going down hill!

This Walgreens has been awesome to me and my family! I especially love the Drive-Thru pharmacy. They've done a remarkable job throughout the entire pandemic and continue to always provide great service!!

The customer service at this place is really great. I've been in a few times now and feel like the staff actually is trying to get to know me. It's nice having that personal connection when I'm out shopping.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Absolutely the worst customer service I have had the great displeasure of dealing with. Constantly loose prescriptions, wait times are terrible. Project blame onto the customer and constantly miscommunicate. Staff is lazy and unresponsive. Location should be shut down. Absolutely pathetic.

I completely agree with the other reviews on here this location is racist and there communication is non-excitant. I decided to deal with this Walgreens against my better judgement because unfortunately my regular pharmacy was out of my medication they could order it but it would not be in till Tuesday. I went here on Friday around 11am to drop of my prescription they said they had the medication. "Great" and my prescription would be ready in 35 minutes. Pharmacy tech asked did I want to wait. I said no, I live close by I will come back later. I came back to pick up my prescription around 5:45pm. I am then told by the pharmacy tech that they did not fill it. I of course ask why he does not even know why, he confirms my DOB then calls another tech over she does not seem to know why. Then he says well we need to verify it with your doctor. Which is strange in itself, I have got this prescription for over 10 years and have been with my doctor for thirteen years and I have never had this issue. So it is now 5:45pm on a Friday the doctors office is closed. Monday is a holiday and I did not get a call to tell me that they are not filling my prescription. I ask to speak to the pharmacist Nicole to find out the reason this is all occurring? First off she already had a nasty attitude. I asked is this some sort of discrimination why is it you need to call to verify this prescription? First she says she does not recognize the doctors name? Then she says it's because the doctor is not local meaning not in Harford County?? Then she says it's because I have not got a prescription filled here in a while??? No Sh.. Sherlock I normally go to another pharmacy but have been to this one before and the 24 hour one and filled this same prescription by the same doctor. She also claimed she tried and called my doctor and she did not get back to her. This is all BS, what it comes down to is Nicole thought I was trying to get a controlled substance without a valid prescription, with no basis but the color of my skin. So I conclude Nicole does this often and gets by with it. I have contacted the corporate office if I do not feel I am satisfied with there actions. I will take the next steps to bring this to light, I really hate discrimination of any kind and I really hate having my time wasted.

This pharmacy was great, but they switched from 24 hours to a more limited schedule. Also, their deliveries are less frequent, so it takes days and days for medications to arrive. For example, my son's adhd medicine took almost a week to arrive. Their communication isn't great either. Also, after getting texts for days that a medication was out of stock and on the way, I had to call to find out it was permanently out of stock. I should have been called. Once I find a better pharmacy, I'm transferring everything. I'm tired of relying on an unreliable pharmacy. My son's health is at risk.

Most racist store i've ever been tofirst off followed around and customer service being called to whatever aisle I went into. Just ridiculous it's 2018 come on now..
