“This pharmacy is amazing! I couldn't find my infant daughters antibiotics at any other pharmacy. I finally called Harford Pharmacy and they had it! They were so sweet, and happy to check for me, and confirm that it was the correct dosage. They were absolutely amazing.”

“I started coming to this pharmacy when my pharmacy closed. I didn't want to use Walgreens or CVS because I've had issues getting medications in the past and I wanted a more personal service. I love that Sandra knows me when I walk in. I can call and speak to her any time without being on hold. I love this place it's what a pharmacy used to be and should be!”

“My first time experience at CVS pharmacy is Target of Bel Air, Md was exceptional. I work long hours and my dogs recently got sick and I needed medication for him. I showed up to the pharmacy a few minutes after 8 PM. There were a few other people in line but I was helped in a matter of minutes. I didnt expect to get the medication the same day but the technician asked me if I wanted to wait and was thrilled! I hope I spell his name correctly, but Hayden was the one who helped me. He kept me up current with how long it was going to take and during the check out process he remembered from when I originally dropped off the prescription that I wanted yo use good RX. With Haydens help and patience I saved over $100 on my dog’s medication. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. I will admit, my person insurance makes me use Giant Pharmacy, which is where I normally take Prince (my dogs) prescriptions.. but not anymore.. I will be going to Target for here on out! Thank you Hayden and Target and CVS!!”

“Very efficient, easy to work with and MUCH friendlier staff than in the mass volume pharmacies where you are just a dollar sign. I highly recommend Klein’s pharmacy.”

“The pharmacy staff goes out of their way to give you your Rx at the lowest possible cost. They are filled quickly and accurately. They offered to sign me up for their discount program for the store as well and auto refills.”

“The best pharmacy I've ever dealt with they're very nice and cordial the only problem is a lot of times when you call and actually want to speak to a pharmacy associate the call drops meaning you push whatever number it tells you and it hangs up on you before anybody can pick the phone up to answer. I live really close so it's not a problem but for someone that lives a little further away that's one drawback.”

“The pharmacist knows you, remembers you, works with you and works through all the minutia of insurance. He will stay on the phone and work on your behalf to get the prescription your doctor ordered for you. Not what the insurance company decided that you should get.”

“Thank you so much for figuring out an allergy that many others missed. I was feeling miserable and lots of medical professionals didn't see it. But the pharmacist at Walgreens saw it and I feel so much better now.”

“I’ve been going here for years and never had a problem, but today my prescription was only half the pills I am supposed to get, so I went back and the pharmacy staff immediately fixed it for me and they’re all kind as well. Very reliable pharmacy.”

“Employees were very nice and when my nephew wanted to buy cough medicine they tried to help him out and were very nice explaining minors couldn’t buy it because it contains alcohol. Its a nice place but not 5 stars, atmosphere and parking lot are a bit strange.”

“Scheduled and received COVID vaccination at this 1201 E Churchville store on October 27, 2021 at 2:50pm. Wife and I have been to two other Walgreens for vaccinations, and they were fine. But my experience at this store and pharmacy was excellent. I hope management reads this comment. From the pharmacy staff to pharmacist who inoculated me to the counter clerks up front, everyone was friendly, cheerful, helpful, and effective. Sorry I didn't go here first, but will be back for other business, vaccinations. A well run store with skillful pharmacist.”

“Went in to grab allergy medicine for my daughters and get my Covid booster and Flu shot! Kam went above and beyond to make sure I found an allergy medicine that worked for both of them. He also did both of my vaccines! I was absolutely impressed by how quick and painless the whole experience went.Would definitely 10/10 recommend going to him for your vaccines!”

“I rarely write a review, but Amanda in the photo/print shop at 1600 Churchville Rd deserves one. Customer service is not dead because of Amanda. She went above and beyond to help me with my very specific request for a 16x20" poster board for a special poster I was making. She stopped eating her lunch to come out and help me hook up my phone to the auto kiosk and find the right poster board for my picture. Even though they didn't have that particular poster board in stock, she ordered it in and THEN called the Walgreens down the street to see if they had it. The other Walgreens did have it, so I headed down the road. The Walgreens at 1201 E Churchville Rd, not only printed it under 10 minutes, but they gave me a coupon for 50% off for my trouble. What?! Outstanding! I've worked retail for 20 years and I know how important customer service is, so please give them some recognition for this. In a time when no one wants to even work, these 2 ladies bend over backwards for you and are happy to do it. Bravo!”
