Amazing experience and customer service. I came by to pick up a new vehicle check what I assumed would be a quick action took a little longer because of the commitment to customer service provided by Mrs Kira H. She realized the amount was incorrect and did everything to ensure I left with the right check for my new car buying experience. Navy Federal never disappoints me in providing exceptional service. This is not for any specific location. This is for their HORRIBLE customer service number. I called to ask a general question and because I wasn't a member the nastiest woman on the other end said because I wasn't a member she wasn't answering any questions. I tried to interject but she disconnected.

Used to be a great bank. They are refusing to help me because I am a disabled veteran. I had money stolen from a towel head on eBay. I gave Navy Federal all the information that it was fraud and a counterfeit item. I went to the company that makes the items and they gave me a letter/ email stating this item is fraud. Navy Federal won't do nothing.

What is the issue with Navy Federals ATM's not accepting deposits. this is the third location I have been to around the Baltimore area with this issue, where the ATM's do not accept cash deposits. I have the same issue with two other locations close to my house on the other side of town. Its so convenient to bank with a company you cannot deposit money into or take money of. Get your act together Navy federal
