Not only is this store so well organized and clean, the staff is lovely! We found a sign we fell in love with that was broken. We were offered a discount but instead we came up with an idea to swap out the broken piece from the old sign with a good piece from an undamaged one. Tammy searched the back multiple times and very thoroughly before this idea and then ran back to get a screwdriver. She unscrewed 4 tiny little screws and then reinstalled them so we’d have a pristine sign to take home! She was so sweet, patient, and AWESOME! Thank you Tammy!!!

worst store ever. don't ever order online for shipping to this store. TWO bad experiences in a row. First time took 4 people to find the order in their back room. Second time it had been shipped to store, sat for weeks, no one completed order. Called 800#, called store, they found order held it behind the desk, came in next morning only to have them say they sold it to someone else because it wasn't in their system WTH??!! Never again. Don't shop at Bel Air Kirklands. ever.

I love this store! The location was organized and clean, I was really able to find what I needed, and things I just wanted. The Christmas decor was amazing. They have a large selection of items from ornaments to placemats and outdoor decorations. They currently have a sale and all Christmas decorations are 25% off. I highly recommend you visit and soon!!

I like Kirkland's, but some things just seem so over priced. It looks like it's The Farm House Decor era, so we're stuck with all that right now.
