Very easy to work with. Very convenient to be able to put items on hold until they have finished my buy, so I can use store credit. A while back they had an offer of 40% more for store credit instead of the usual 20% It really paid off for my son! He got an awesome big boy bike in excellent condition! After all said and done with my rewards points % off and store credit, the bike was $9.00!!! The ladies are wonderful and so helpful. ♥️

Both of the locations in York, PA are significantly better than this one! I love Kid to Kid to both sell to and buy from. The selection here was unimpressive - not a huge selection of clothing and then an over abundance of larger items making the store appear and feel cluttered. Clothing - what they did have was, for the most part, not great quality or of a modern style (I understand they’re going to carry styles I may not like, but just generally they weren’t in good condition and clearly not ‘recent’ styles in general). It’s great to have a big selection of items, but when you keep too much inventory out on the floor it makes the store unappealing to navigate through - especially with it being a kids store…where people are going to have kids and strollers they’re trying to navigate around with. Shoes/toys/books, other misc. items were not well organized. Not appealing to try to ‘dig’ through the store overall. We recently moved closer to this area and were excited for a Kid to Kid but we will be making the longer trip back to the York stores when we need to.
