Not friendly or helpful at all. Will turn you away even if you have an account and your license in hand. Go to the one in Overlea. Way more friendly and helpful workers, that don't look at you crazy like you don't belong there.

The workers here are idiots. Multiple times asking for my ID… then telling me I have to bring my certification in to use MY account. I’ll be going to salon centric from now on.

Need credentials to buy. The Cosmoprofs in Maryland are nice and customer service is excellent at any location. Product also available online. Everything is like 50 percent of retail prices...I get olaplex, Avalon Fiberguard relaxer, joico, nail products, lashes, and salon supplies.
