I call the on 8/18, no answers, I even went their to check on package was just told package wasn't their. But called on 8/21 and was greeted by Ms. Egypt who helped me and explained to me the how to understand the e-mail and when I would know package is there. She was very pleasant. Thanks

Showed up at 3:55 and was told the registers were already shutdown. They should update the hours of operations for the weekend if they are no longer open until 4PM on Saturday.

Egypt assured me, my experience at this location would be different & guess what? THIS LOCATION IS TOP TIER! From the energy to the service, they've been a godsend for my anxiety. I always receive my packages and routine email notifications. Some of the services offered at this location, I never knew were available. Now, I can shop in peace... :-)

My local ups store is always wonderful. The staff are always helpful and friendly and professional. They make me feel like a good friend and they *always* treat everyone with the same kindness and professionalism.

I arrived at 3:55 pm and the door was locked, they would not allow me in. When a customer left, I walked in before 4:00 (closing) ‘You will have to come back on Monday’ they said.

Came in a week ago to send a pkg to Amazon....was told I couldnot send it without a code.I am elderly a senior...the young man that waited on me seemed to be impatient as if I knew the process.I had to get out of one line in another..the young lady said she didnot have any Amazon addresses,I would have to get out of line to get an address.I called and was told to send it to it to an Amazon pick up place.I got back in line with the young man...I believe it was Trey was very impatient and was talking back and forth with the young lady about an apt that he had looked at while attempting to wait on me...I paid for the paxkage and I asked him for a tracking number..he said its on the paper...I asked him to circle it it was very small.He acted like it was sooo difficult and shrugged his shoulders and rolled his eyes.The customer service was very poor.I should not have been made to feel inferior or unintelligent.I came into the store for a service.I will not return to your store again.
