Loved the room but the front desk service wins the day for us. So kind and helpful. Smiles that I will remember forever. A credit to the management for setting up the workers to be successful. I will definitely go again.
Walkability: In the middle of little Italy. Walking distance to many fine dining establishments like La Scala.

Hotel is clean , location is good , walking distance to the National aquarium.
We did not smell bad odor, rooms have no carpet , so no smell .
Parking ; literally across the hotel there is a multi level public parking . 18 dollars charge for 24 hours. Keep your car there and explore Baltimore harbor by walking .
Breakfast was decent , supply is coming all the time ,
Let’s. Not forget , this is a budget friendly hotel , do not expect Bellagio style full buffet experience
They should improve breakfast little
More ,
Overall
It’s nice place to stay

I had a great experience. The hotel is a couple of years old so everything still seems new, the room is cozy, the bed was comfortable. Not a far walk to Fells Point and all the attractions. Shout out to Azucar and Marquitta at the front desk for being very helpful and friendly. They are a big asset to the team! Looking forward to my next stay!

So we went to this beautiful hotel. It reminded me of a dorm room on a college campus when you walked into the room there was the little mini fridge no freezer so no ice cream two queen size beds. yourTVsaid the. guest name., the beds were comfortable. I like the walk-in shower. Didn’t realize that the ice machine the ice buckets were downstairs by the gym or the fitness center. Nobody really explained where things was because I guess when you walked by and you were supposed to know that it was an ice machine on every floor like any other hotel, but it was bright and colorful. We really enjoyed it. The breakfast buffet had a pancake station. Eggs and bacon were cooked the way that general likes it no seasoning you had that to yourself. It was quite nice. We weren’t charged the $25 early fee that was awesome, so I can say that one night that we were there it was worth the price was conveniently near the hotel so travel wasn’t expensive. We would definitely be back. Oh yeah, I got the most important thing you get a little carry bag, but the bag has bottled water in it no cookie no little snack just water so look out for that.

The staff was extremely nice and helpful! It's perfect for work, play, stay. Our family reunion was hosted here, at the last minute the mayor shut down the parks due to a hurricane and we had to stay in the hotel, they blocked off an area for us in the lobby, because they do not have a conference or meeting room. They don't have a pool. It's within walking distance to everything. It's a modern sheek style and it was very nice and clean. There was a strong presence of cleaning people. We had lots of towels in our room. The breakfast was really good, especially the pancakes. My husband said that the bed was not comfortable, but I slept very well. I was able to log in to my netflix on the TV. So, overall, I thought that it was a good stay. Oh yeah, you do have to pay $25 a day to park across the street.

A wonderful place to go and stay while you're at the visiting family or staying with Baltimore has to offer. This place was inviting friendly, and clean. The staff was helpful. The rooms have no carpet. You get free breakfast. The location is wonderful. It has a lot of local stores and attractions within walking or cab distance. There is a parking garage right across the street that you paid for. Go there. You will not be disappointed. Have fun!
Rooms: The rooms are clean and they have no carpet.
Walkability: There are so many businesses and places within walking distance.

Hotel which had its heyday but very disappointing and which deserves a major refresh… the carpet in the rooms in particular
Rooms: Very very noisy air conditioning… carpet in the rooms source of dust mites… breakfast to be reviewed

Really nice staff — $5 parking across the street — in after 4pm - out before 6:00am.
This is great if you have an early morning surgery at Johns Hopkins, which is just 5 minutes away. Located in a lively Little Italy neighborhood with a lot of VERY close restaurants and entertainment venues.
I don’t really ever like being in a hotel, but this reasonably priced hotel had many details that made my stay comfortable.
I was an hour late coming down for breakfast, but the attendant offered to grab some extra yogurt for me. And there were still hard boiled eggs and coffee. That was all I needed before I checked out. So thoughtful.
The standard bathroom and shower in the room was GREAT!
As a professional designer and teacher of design, I so appreciated all of the color details in the room and lobby. It is VERY well done!! There are also a wide variety of thoughtfully designed spaces throughout the hotel — both in the room and in public areas. I watched families and individuals enjoy these various inviting places — see the pics. All of this gave me a very good feeling about being in a hotel.
