I did not pick any stars, but it would not let me post if I didn't. I paid $6,700.00 for decking. They were supposed to hold it for me for pick up. I sent someone, who I paid $125, to go pick up my already paid for decking, they charged him $25 to re-print a receipt and then proceeded to tell him that they sold my materials to someone else. Now the workers that I am paying to do my deck have to wait until I reorder from someone where else. They will go to their next job and who knows when my deck will now get done. I have called around and will be paying an extra $3,000.00 for decking. Southern said "Well we have grey". They did not in any way offer to locate more decking of my choice, simply said I could take the grey color. NO, I want what I paid for. I will be writing a letter to seek compensation for the extra money I am out, my deliver driver and the $25 receipt cost. Very dissatisfied with Southern. I may have to take legal action and I will, if this is not resolved to my liking.

I give it one star because, ADRIAN, AN EMPLOYEE THEY HAVE IS RUDE, he told me the word I don't care, I'm 12 years old and I think it's bad, it's uncreditable, they have to be careful how they treat the client, my client, you are above everything.
