The owner took money from me 4 months ago and I still didn’t receive my sign yet. I paid half of the money in advance. He kept saying I’m coming this week and then next week now this is the 4th month and he blocked my number. When I went to the store he is never there. Please don’t buy things from this guy and later regret.

The people here are great. I needed a rush order of programs for my mother's funeral, and I was quoted quickly at a reasonable price, and they got the project finished in essentially half a day. It looked amazing, unfortunately we figured out after printing that I hadn't numbered the pages for them correctly. Instead of pointing the finger and making me feel like an a**, they just got to work fixing it, without extra charge, and printed an extra 100 for me all by the next day. The manager/owner (not sure) gave me a funny but thoughtful talk about appreciating the time I had with my mother and sent me on my way. I felt really valued as a customer. They were excellent. The quality of the product also exceeded my expectations. I don't live in VA anymore, so I probably won't need their services again, but I recommend them to anyone who does. These people take pride in their work.

From start to finish, my experience with them was phenomenal. The quality of not only the service but the products they produced have kept me coming back. So far they have printed 4 different publications for me and I have been pleased.

These guys are great. Their prices are ridiculously cheap, they charged me $3 and change for what kinko's/fedex charged me $24. The quality was top notch and I am definitely going back for all my printing needs. OH and they did it while I waited, I was in and out in no time.
