I usually don’t write reviews but this store deserved it. Went in last 10 minutes before the store closed today and the store manager was exceptionally helpful. He was very courteous and helped me find the white paint that I need while providing an AMAZING price on it. Definitely will start doing my business here.

The store manager, David, is great! I stopped by to see if they could color match a Pantone code and, although this store did not have the needed Pantone color book, David was able to put me in contact with another local Sherwin-Williams location that he knew would have the book on-hand. He even gave me the manager's and assistant manager's info for the other store just in case. I definitely plan to use this location in the future for any painting needs!

By FAR the best experience I have had at any Sherwin-Williams store, bar none. Donnell was extremely helpful, informative, and polite. He took his time with me and I never felt like was being rushed or felt like my questions were a burden. Will definitely be returning to this store for all my future projects and will be referring my friends and family as well for theirs!

Walked in with a color in mind and that's about it! Jeremy helped me pick an complementary accent color and the perfect finishes for my project. Good customer service is the difference between a purchase and a purchase experience. I learned a lot and felt really good about my choices.

I think I've been to just about every Sherwin-Williams store in Baltimore over the past 6 months but this location is my home store and always my starting point when I'm on the search for paint. The store is always clean and employees are very friendly. I usually work with Patrick, who is always super helpful recommending the correct line of paint for my many DIY projects, as well as calling around other stores when this location is out of what I need. Due to the paint shortage, I recommend calling prior to popping in as inventory can be a toss up these days. This paint is on the pricier side so I recommend making an account if you think you'll end up being a frequent flyer here. I've saved so much over the past few months with all of the paint and supplies I've purchased.

I actually go to the Dundalk location because it's closer but if they don't have what I need on the shelf the always gave me the closest location that does have it. The staff are extremely helpful and polite. No one ever seems to be in a rush to get you out the door. In todays time customer service is key to keeping a customer and Sherwin Williams is doing that for me.
