Ms China is amazing we went in she just got out the hospital and she's fixing slurped machines, trying to clean bathrooms all with a sprained shoulder. She gets a 10 out of 5 stars from me and my children. Very personable and caring woman.

This has got to be the worst RoFo I've ever experienced! The cashier's are very rude, completely incompetent n racist against people that do not share their skin color no matter how kind and respectful you treat them! On 2 recent separate occasions I had 2 separate incompetent, rude cashier's ring me up for a product for which I had a $7 off RoFo rewards coupon and they both could not figure out how to scan the coupon n get it to take it off. Worse than that the one was incapable of doing basic addition and subtraction and insisted she'd done the math and the discount had come off even though it was the FULL PRICE. Then they both tried to tell me that the discount would come off AFTER I paid... How moronic to even say something so stupid. Thank God I have a brain and didn't fall for their simpleness otherwise I'd be out that money!! So they basically tried to scam me. I feel sorry for people who trust store employees to know their reward policies and how to apply them; who I'm sure have ended up paying out money they shouldn't have to due to either ignorance or intent! In this economy every dollar counts especially for lower income families and single mothers!! I just turned around n walked out. Not to mention how filthy this store is and there always seem to be people there accosting you begging for money and/or drug addicts hanging out there. The district manager should clean house at that store n at least hire people that can add and subtract and treat ALL customers with respect!! Save yourself a lot of trouble n do NOT go to this store!! The store on Washington Blvd 5 mins up the road is a much better option. The employees there have always been kind and helpful and the store is much cleaner, safer and just overall a better run business. I will ALWAYS choose to drive a little further to avoid the store on Benson at ALL costs in order to avoid a great deal of aggravation and being treated like scum of the earth simply because the color of my skin!! I live by the Golden Rule n I treat EVERYONE with kindness and respect as I would want to be treated!! Apparently the employees at that store have never been taught that rule and they're in customer service... really sad!! The world would be a better place if we all strived to abide by that!! Sorry for the rant but I was so upset by my experience at this store (twice in one week) that I had to get it off my chest n warn others so that they could avoid having a similar situation occur!! I do not normally leave negative reviews, in fact, this is the first time but it needed to be said!! Thank you and God bless!

We googled where to add money into my chime card and it gave this location 1202 s canton ave, so we went to this location and asked the cashier who was a young girl with Senegalese twist in her hair if we could upload monies to our chime card. The cashier looked at us and said we don’t do chime! I was confused because google said it did and I have added money to my chime multiple time at different royal farms. If she didn’t know how to upload the money then she should have said that instead of lie. That’s bad business!

Service was kind of fast. It gets pretty busy. Food was well prepared, not too messy. The taste was pretty good.

They were out of everything which is poor management there prices are dramatically higher then one a few blocks away and got western fries that are covered in sand and dirt so please teach your people how this is supposed to be done will not be returning.

Very very clean store. Down to the parking lot. There was a guy cleaning the vestibule area and the carpets. Even tho I was outside on a call he still greeted me. Walked in was greeted by two cashier's. The manager was so sweet. Fresh food. Speedy service and I absolutely loved how the fountain lids weren't all over the place.

Literally the best experience, I went in for some fresh food and nice hot coffee . I was greeted with the upmost thrive to serve me , china & neda was there they helped with the kiosk and all my tobacco product needs and wants . Literally the best two workers at roho everrrrrrrrrrrrr:)
