Idk what all the reviews about the staff are. This is my favorite royal farms because of the staff. I will go out of my way to come here because they are so friendly. And they are ALWAYS on point with their kitchen orders. So yummy.

The staff was unprofessional and inconsiderate when I tried to buy some snacks here. The woman behind the counter identified herself as Angel. It was difficult to get her attention at first. When she finally came over to assist me, she refused to ring up my shopping and insist I do it all myself.When I ordered Marlboro Lights for a friend, she got the pack of cigarettes and refused to show/hand them to me until after I paid. Once she handed them to me they turned out to be Marlboro Golds, not Marlboro lights. Both Angel and the Manager, Jamal, refused to exchange the cigarettes for Marlboro lights. Instead he insisted that I have to buy Marlboro Lights separately in another transaction.When I told Jamal that I intended to file a complaint over their service, he indicated that he didn't care and that I should move on.This was the worst service that I've ever encountered in a Royal Farms and I DO NOT RECOMMEND that you shop here. I WILL NOT be returning to this store!
