The food is never fresh and we came here to grab a quick snack and it’s only one in the morning mind you they are 24 hours and the lady with the blonde and black braids or dreads is cleaning the windows and locks the door, very unprofessional and ignorant do not come to this establishment and she needs to be fired Again it’s a 24 hour establishment. This should not happen.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Farmers Farm on Key Highway in Baltimore today 6/2/2024 between 3:00-3:10pm. After a long and exhausting day with my patients, all I wanted was some Royal Farms chicken and a drink on my way home.
I started by pumping gas and then went inside to order my food. When my chicken and sides were ready, I asked the lady at the food area if I could have a bag. She curtly told me to ask the cashier. I then waited in line for several minutes while the cashier was sorting out an error with the change for the customer ahead of me. She seemed bewildered and was taking an inordinate amount of time.
At this point, I was beyond tired and just wanted to begin my hour-long drive home. I approached the cashier and politely asked, "Ma’am, I understand that you are busy, but can I please just grab a bag?" Instead of helping, she snapped at me, saying something along the lines of, "You have to wait, you have to pay for the bag." Surprised, I replied, "I didn’t know I had to pay for the bag, don’t worry about it," and attempted to leave the store with my chicken, three sides, and water, all while struggling to balance everything in my arms.
As an educated person, I was taken aback by her rude behavior and lack of common decency. She could have spoken to me respectfully, but instead, she chose to give me attitude. This experience has left a sour taste in my mouth, and I would not recommend this store to anyone for gas, water, or food if the employees are as discourteous as the lady behind the counter.

Not all RoFos are built the same and this store is proof. The food/service here is atrocious.
They served me a cold chicken sandwich, and have gotten my order wrong on numerous occasions.

The worst Royal Farms in city hands down. Don’t waste your time at this poorly run establishment. Consistent issues over a decade. They can’t get pickup or delivery orders correct, and items are always missing. I will be reversing the charge with my credit card. Attempted to call the location but of course no one answered.

If I could give it a zero, I would. Every time I come in, a certain cashier is rude to me. I'm sick of it and there's nothing you could do or say that would make me return to this location ever again. After today, I've had it with her mouth and attitude.
Goodbye and good riddance.

Terrible store!!! Stop there today and won't be back ...very nasty cashiers. I bought cigarettes and cashier let them fall on the floor and I had to pick them up and never apologized. If they don't want to sell you cigarettes then stop selling them!!!! Every time I go there it's the same stuff. I'M DONE!!!

Fire everyone and start over. No new manager is going to get a store with this crew together. They are allowed and conditioned to behave poorly, chat before helping customers, cuss and fuss, complain endlessly and ignore the build up everywhere that greets you from the front windows. ?7-11 doesn't have this, they don't allow it.?

This is my go-to gas and car wash, but the staff here went above and beyond and saved my debit card over a long weekend when I accidentally left it there. I’m so grateful!

Car wash doesn’t work half of the time. This is the second royal farms in a row I stopped at to use my wash code and the wash has some sort of software error
