Every time I try to venture out from a RoFo that’s not near my house or work, I am disappointed. The chicken was good, but it was some of the smallest pieces I’ve ever had from RoFo. The size discrepancy was masked by the 15 pieces of terrible wedges burying the chicken. I’ll stick to the rivers and lakes that I’m used to.

I went to this location on two separate occasions at lunch time between 12 and 1pm. Both times out of chicken. What's the point of going to a chicken restaurant only to not have chicken available. I mean come on. What a waste of time.

I've come to this RF twice and bought chicken. Both times the chicken was dry. The young man that works at this location, tall, dark-skinned, goofy, but pleasant, was there both times cooking. HE'S OVER-COOKING THE CHICKEN! Please put someone else on the grill! Don't fire him, just get someone else to do it, or teach him to do it right!

The employee, Larry, is always a pleasure to speak to. Very friendly person and quick to help a customer with the self scan machines if an issue happens with it.

they NEVER give you the proper amount of food. they always give you significantly less than you should be getting. i once bought a large fries, they gave me a small fries. it was literally the box for the small fries. i went up to the person and asked what’s up and they basically just told me to screw off. yall suck.

Horrible experience! I placed my order , waited 15 minutes for fresh chicken and they didn’t even have what i ordered. Employees high as hell , rude and unprofessional! DO NOT GO HERE place has definitely gone down hill.
