Charged me 2x more than what i was quoted. do not DO NOT let them move a safe. Let me be clear…this is not the guys who was moving my stuff’s fault. i blame the people who run it. you can’t expect 3 guys to move a 750 pound safe with a regular dollies. As a “Professional” moving company they should have a mechanical dolly that can climb up and down steps. I should have known something was off when they said they would only charge me $250.00 more for safe, they didn’t ask me for picks of my safe my apt or my home i moved into.Damnage was done to my walls and carpet due to my safe literally be dropped down the steps. (think about that a 750 pound safe free falling down steps) thankfully none of the movers were hurt.other than the safe the gentleman that moved my stuff did a good job minus the safe. (again i blame the company for not properly giving the man power and equipment needed)be carful what was a $800 job turned into over $1500 and damnage to my new house. i sent emails and called but been ignored.

3 hours late. Change of deposit amount when paying. Workers didn't complete job correctly. Did not bring tools to disassemble item, yet specifically asked for this. Ordered 2 hours. Took 3 hours. Did not put couch back together. Missing a part of furniture, called, no reply to missing item. Customer service sub par. Rarely leave reviews but save your money. Workers told me that they learned about the job the morning of but I booked the job 4 days prior to move. Manager couldn't give an ETA when calling about lateness. Put the wrong time down for move and said pushed it back and took another job. Workers didn't have energy to do move. Very poor customer service (saying it twice). Threatening to stop move because contract wasn't signed but never said that was the procedure.

These guys are awesome!!! I have used them several times this year and every experience was pleasant. All of the crews that were sent to me always arrived on time, were very courteous, never complained (as I lived on the 3rd floor?), and they work fast. I will definitely use them again and I highly recommend them. Thanks Guys?!!!

Did a great job. I would use them again for sure. Had some issue but they resolved them. The guys were very nice, professional and had good manners, which can be a challenge these days. Plus they drove a long way to move me. Thank you!!!

I was given a fixed price over the phone for 3 movers to move my personal belongings but when the movers arrived the following morning there were two movers and the fixed price was changed to an hourly rate. Furthermore, the movers disappeared for 30 minutes during the move and I was charged for the time. I was also required to pay for the move before the job was completed or else the police would be called. Hire Pauly's Movers if you are willing to risk your new furniture being damaged by unprofessional movers, you don't mind having the price changed for the move when the movers arrive, and you are willing to pay for an extended water break on your dime.

Robert, Cody, and Keyon moved my 3 bdrm house over the weekend, including some real heavy things. They did a great job. Supernice, helpful, and friendly. Worked well together. Hardworking! Real easy to call and talk to someone helpful and up front on prices. Went with them, and I'm glad I did. I'd use their services again. I'm a happy customer. These guys really did whatever was needed. Joanna.

I chose Pauly's Movers to help with my heavy lifting needs due to their ability to move safes in addition to regular household items. Pauly's did not disappoint. Mike, Rob and Felix were on time, evaluated my moving needs and started installing padding on my safe, large recliner sofas, beds, etc. Everything was loaded onto the truck quickly and the team was communicating with me the entire time to ensure that I understood the loading process. When everything was loaded, we met at my new house and I let them know where everything needed to be placed. I had felt pads for the bottom of my furniture that I wanted to install since this new house has hard wood floors. And the team ensured that they were stuck to the bottom before placing the furniture on the floor. Everything was neat and tidy. I'm quite satisfied with the team and the service. Thank you Pauly's!

It’s so unfortunate to have to write such a bad review however I feel obligated to just to let ppl know to stay far away.After speaking to Tony about my move he quoted me $669 for the first 2 hours which included fuel and materials. Anytime after would be $189 per hour which I am ok with. Movers were scheduled for 12 they showed up to my home at 1.I had everything packed and waiting for them to pick up. The movers worked diligently and were friendly they. They had everything loaded by 3pm. I was moving literally 5 mins away. When we pulled up to the new home. Tony sent me my invoice of $1500. I called and spoke to him. He immediately became defensive and belligerent saying “That’s the price and it’s not changing “ I asked the guys what happens if I refuse to pay. They told me they won’t be able to unload my things until Tony tells them it’s been paid and they will have to take my things to their warehouse which is already full of other people’s things.

I called on Thursday needing to move an apartment on Saturday-Randy fit me in and the process was seamless. Randy was communicative throughout the whole process. John and Will arrived on time and were efficient with moving my mother’s apartment to assisted living accommodations. They were respectful of the staff and residents. I appreciated their careful attention to my Mother’s furniture and belongings. I would highly recommend their services.

If I could give 0 stars I would!!! This company is a scam company and very unprofessional. They are scammers to the customers and the workers. I hired them to move only 2 bedroom sets and some boxes and they attempted to charge me over $1,600 !!! Of course I didn't let them get away with that!!! We eventually got to $1,000 which was still too much however I paid it because they told the guys to not unpack us and go to a gas station with our belongings until it was paid. Scamming bully's!! That should be their name!! Then come to find out they only pay the actual movers doing the labor $17 per hour smh. We had 2 movers for 4 hours! You do the math!!! save yourself the money and the headache and call another moving company.

Hi’ I am a representative for a client that was recently employed with this company and it is a Horrible Company.All the people saying good Job are people who were sent by the company. This place of employment do not even pay their workers properly, Customers are always unsatisfied, it is a waste of time. You will hear from the state real soon.

DO NOT understand ANY circumstances engage with this company. They are thieves. They will steal your time, money, and possessions. They are blacklisted by western Union and they leave marijuana remnants in their trucks and office.

Scam artists. Will “move” your furniture then hold onto it refusing to deliver until you pay them more money. They also have no regard for furniture and break pieces with their carelessness. Go to any other company.
