I used Parkville Funeral Home for a service in December 2020 and had a great experience. I had literally just made prepaid funeral arrangements with them and then my loved on passed away. Brent was professional and caring. I cannot think of one thing that I would say could have been improved upon.

This was the first time I had to make cremation arrangements for a loved one that passed. Brent made the entire process easier than I thought it would be with such ease and answering all my questions and concerns. Brent was very professional, courteous and extremely personable during the entire process. I would not hesitate to contact Parkview Funeral Home and Cremation.

When a family member passes, it is on of the most difficult time's in one's life.Especially when you no longer have any direct family members for support.Brent and his funeral home were very professional, helpful, compassionate, and patient when my boyfriend and I experienced the loss of his last relative - his grandmother.The costs were laid out clearly and different options were given to accommodate for our budget and time constraints.Unlike other local funeral businesses (they said that, not me) that offered packaged deals and were pushing person's to get loans to pay for their services.All our questions were answered and then some. Brent was there to provide the help we needed when we needed, and for that we are very grateful.answered and then some, easy. I highly recommend Parkview Funeral Home.

I would give more stars if possible. Brent Francis was very kind and compassionate to my wife and I when we made prearrangements for my parents. He explained everything in great detail and answered all of our questions and made the process very easy. I highly recommend Parkview Funeral Home.

I have to say that my experience with Brent was nothing short of excellent in all aspects of my mom's funeral. From the pre-planning to some special requests Brent went out of his way to make it easy. The care that he provided was genuine and made our family really feel at ease about the final service for our mom. I highly recommend Brent and Parkview.

I understand that this is Brent's job every day, but I was nonetheless taken aback by the cold, strictly-business style of his conversations with me, which is to say nothing of the fact that on at least one occasion, he called me by my deceased father's name, and then on a different occasion by another incorrect name (which I think he even put on a piece of paperwork). Only giving this place a second star because he didn't lose the cremains before I could pick them up. Maybe he would've cared more if were shelling out for an expensive funeral service.

Everything about working with Brent to plan our aunt's funeral was fabulous. He is responsive, kind, professional and goes out of his way to make things as easy as possible. On top of that, I found his prices to be more than fair. Highly recommend Parkview.

Brent at Parkview is patient and compassionate. He walked us through everything and answered our unending questions at all hours of night and day. Our experience couldn't have been more positive and the funeral home was serene and lovely.

These guys were great. They took care of all the arrangements and obtaining the death certificates, and helped us choose the unusual (to us) memorial cards. We held the funeral service at Parkview. Brent found the priest and set up the 'stage' for us. Nothing will make a funeral pleasant, but Parkview absolutely minimized the unpleasant. They have my highest recommendation.
