I remember when the gallery was a place we could come play cards have a good drink and listen to music and all people were treated nicely and fairly. But now if you are apart of the LGBTQ or African American. I would not come here. The customer service was horrible. people who want to spend their hard earned money should not be treated how we were treated. I won’t come here ever again. Do better!

I never went to the last Night Owl Gallery. I went to the current one for their grand re-opening on Friday, 8/25 and was seriously underwhelmed. This space is too oddly chopped up and closed off to display art well...plus there seemed to be a lot of dim spots and some open areas leading to places unknown. I wasn't a fan, but I wish them a ton of success in that space.

My favorite shop on Gough street's gallery row, Night Owl is a beautiful, cozy location for original art and unique gifts. I recently purchased some lovely holiday cards that were created from original Baltimore cityscapes/scenes painted by the gallery owner, Beth-Ann. Her work is not only extraordinary but she is also a talented teacher offering crafting and painting classes (virtually nowadays because of Covid). Night Owl is a regular contributor and participant of Highlandtown First Fridays and hosts visiting artists offering varying goods from month to month. A wonderful stop for shopping if you're looking to support a woman-owned small business.

Beth Ann is amazing! Night Owl Gallery is a staple of the Highlandtown art scene and absolutely should not be missed. From kitschy baltimore scenes done in a Van Gogh style to Monet adjacent originals, its worth it to come here and just talk to the down to earth artist herself.

I bought a painting from Beth and it's still hanging in my house, she's really an amazing artist. And for the people who left negative reviews because Night Owls stickers ended up on their cars, complaining about the adhesive not being removable? This is a small business that is very valuable to the Highlandtown community, maybe take that into account before you leave a negative review for something completely out of their control.
