It is a terrible bank...of the banks that I have visited, this bank is the worst
1 customer service is horrible....
The online app doesn't work at all....it has a lot of technical problems....bad customer service....when you call....customer service they make you wait up to half an hour and if you go to the office you won't They give you no solution....

M&t Bank accused me of cashing the same check two times I did not I had a prepaid credit card from PayPal I cashed the check with $200 with my cell phone I took a picture on the front of the check then I took a picture of the back of the check before I signed it then I took a picture of the check after I signed it everything has a picture of the check before I signed it and after I signed it everything made me pay them $200 that I do not owe that's been a couple months ago PayPal is the one that made a mistake not me

The Bank Managers any time I had an issue with an overdraft or account has been breached were beyond helpful and I left feeling I was dealing with the right people.
