I have been with mariner finance for over 3 + yrs and last week I called to speak to someone to find out about my payoff balance which I was so confused I can’t remember the guy who I spoke to name because he was a foreigner he had a nasty attitude because I kept making him repeat himself because of me having a hearing disability and not being able to understand him iam still confused about my payoff balance that iam trying to pay off to satisfy this loan in full even though iam experiencing a hardship these representatives need to be retrained on how to talk to customers once iam able to pay this loan off I will not use mariner finance ever again and I will not refer family not friends to this branch to do business iam extremely disappointed in how I was treated
