The check out staff managing the self checkout counters could use additional training in customer interaction.
The staff at the lighting department was very helpful and polite.
We were there on June 8th around 4 pm. In case IKEA management is reading this.

I will just say Ikea has it figured out from the parking lot to the showrooms and warehouse. Awesome shopping experience PLUS with covered parking you load up your vehicle without the worry of sun or weather ruining your items. Not to mention environmentally!

Something to fit most people’s taste. Visited with the women and enjoyed ourselves. Nearby Chesapeake Bay offering ample options. Spoil the women at IKEA then yourself afterwards?

Service gone down the drain.
It’s worse than going to the Walmart.
Hardly any “Hej” vest associate is ever working in his/her “specialty” floor space and hence wave hands another one one of them that doesn’t care to help or has the attitude as of they are doing the favor to be there.
IKEA Corp needs to do an undercover sanity check of the staff and their attitude. Especially in the cafeterias.

new cc customer. they rang up the receipt 3x then wanted me to call and verify if the charge went through. no one in store knew how to fix. 2.5 hours later still waiting

Big shout you to Joe because of him I was able to get a replacement drawer for a dresser I had bought from the Returns department and the team members in the Parts department in the As is section and the nice lady in the Returns for your help this is one of my all time locations I highly recommend this location and this brand as a whole. This will always be my store ♥️great customer experience each time.???
