I have been one of Beth's clients for the past nine years and she has been an absolutely phenomenal agent during that time. She has saved us thousands of dollars over the years. This year alone, she saved us over $600 (around 20% vs our existing policy's renewal)!
Beyond the monetary savings, Beth's knowledge and expertise is invaluable. When we bought our first home, she researched our neighborhood and explained the different types of coverage that we may want to consider based on location and home history, then she walked us through our various options. And if that wasn't enough, she got the paperwork squared away!
One final thing, and probably the best part of working with Beth is her unparalleled customer service. Remember that $600 she saved us this year? That was all on her own initiative - I just assumed rates were going up across the board and didn't really think about changing things up. That is until Beth called me and told me she had found a better deal!

I found this insurance agency randomly some years ago when I was looking through closest insurance providers in the area, and I am glad that my choice fell on the Great Oak Group. Beth is providing outstanding help in finding the best possible insurance option based on my needs, this year she was able to find an insurance provider for me that would save me over 1k in potential expenses comparing to the rates that I have with my current company because the rates went up too much. Beth is very knowledgeable, friendly, quickly responds to emails and patiently answers all questions that I have. Highly recommend!
