GREAT people and a fantastic product. I purchased one of the less expensive glue guns and they damn near treated me like royalty. They made sure I knew everything about my purchase before I walked out the door. I'm VERY satisfied with them and my Champ 3 glue gun!!!

We have bought 5 of the CHAMP STICK 400 glue guns over the past 3 years and only one works now. They one we just bought 3 months just broke. They are expensive junk. I'm going back to the Uline glue guns. Very poor quality.
UPDATE: Now all 5 of our glue guns have broke. Electrical cords have shorted out. The power switches are wired different on every one. The internal heaters have also stop working. EXPENSIVE JUNK!

We've ordered 3 of the CHAMP 3 bulk hot melt guns, and they have worked great. I would highly recommend. My CSR, Cheryl Duffy, is fast, friendly and professional. All orders have been entered correctly and invoice accurately. A++ Service, each and every time.

It is not every day you call the manufacturer of a piece of equipment that you use in your business to ask for technical help and the actual OWNER of the company answers the phone!! I looked up you guys on the internet to find a phone number to call and it listed Pierce as the owner. Five minutes later I called, and the guy on the other end said "Pierce here, how may I help you?" That kind of personalized service carries a lot of weight with me. Literally within minutes, Pierce was able to help talk us through a solution that to this day is still working and working very well!! Kuddos!!
