I am very sad to write this review because I have been a loyal costumer for over 10 years but the experience I have received in this location from associate Krista has made me not want to ever shop here or at Francesca’s in general.I have been made to feel guilty for shopping online as Krista makes remarks of “ ugh, you only shop online, don’t you” or “ your account shows lots of returns”. I am a regular customer of Francesca’s as the majority of my wardrobe is from them, but I have to mention to Krista that I buy a lot of clothes from Francesca’s that I keep and wear for years, so she can somehow treat me with respect. Not to mention her body language is extremely judgmental and questioning. I have to explain to her multiple times in details why I’m returning the item which makes me feel extremely undervalued as a customer.Never received an apology when she messes up my returns, yet I am left to feel bad that I even shop here..Please find employees that have decent costumer service skills, today you lost a customer.

Very well laid out styles, early teens could shop here. Jewelry to match and fit any occasion. Shoes, bags, etc.

Waited on a sunday past the time they were suppose to be open! Poor customer service. Won't be going back to this one ever again.

I am in total disbelief about how atrocious this store looks! I decided to go in, and when I walked in I was not greeted (from who I believe was the manager), or even looked at until another employee came from the back to welcome me in, but unfortunately didn't make me feel like I was a true Francesca's guest. Very disappointed by the lack of enthusiasm, compared to the greetings seen in other stores.
