Love this place, management is excellent. Bygones has great views, pool and pool attendants are great. Class act, highly recommend staying 4 Seasons Baltimore get a high room facing the Harbor and go to Charleston for dinner right down the street.

One of a kind. It's extremely fancy. The staff is nice. Everything is perfect! Except only 1 thing. The price. While it might be expensive for a hotel stay it is one of the fanciest places ever. It has a very chill and fancy vibe. Service requested room service? no problem they get anything you ask to you without any delays. I would 100% recommend staying at the four seasons for a quick but stay of a lifetime trip.

2 night weekend stay. Hotel staff consistently delivered excellent customer service. Management went out of their way to recognize special occasion. Room was clean and spacious, and bed was very comfortable. Spa and pool facilities were also well kept and tranquil. Looking forward to returning to this location.

We attended a wedding here, and the event spaces and views were beautiful. The wedding was very large but the event rooms were able to accommodate everyone without feeling cramped at all and allowing multiple areas for guests to dance, eat, and talk. The staff was all friendly and helpful.

Beware the fine print on your reservation, the hotel booking site leads you into a negligible "discount" offer for a room that is still over $900.00 a night and then informs you it is non-refundable or transferable if your plans change. The rooms and service is mediocre at best, and based on Four Seasons deceptive reservation tactic, it is a hotel unworthy of its "five star" claims.

Went to the spa to relax and it was an amazing experience. Ineta was my massage therapist and she was amazing. 10/10 on communication, service, and amenities. Would recommend taking a massage there.

Absolutely the worst. Do not hold your events here, and if you do hold an event in Baltimore, be sure to inform your guests not to choose this hotel. It will be a very, very expensive mistake.

Best hotel in Baltimore. Amazing views, 5 star staff, and amazing amenities. In a safe walkable area convenient to the aquarium and harbor.

Stayed here with my twins and dog and had an absolutely wonderful time. The staff went above and beyond to “child proof” the room and to ensure we had everything we needed for our stay. They also went above and beyond for our dog with a bed, treats, and toys. Restaurants and room service were great and everyone was extremely friendly. We’ll definitely be back! Thanks so much

Cool little spot with great views of the harbor and city. Only 3 bartenders when it gets packed, so 25 bucks for a martini and long wait for a drink, not a lot of dancing.

What a fantastic first Four Seasons experience. I’ve had reservations for the Four Seasons Surfside Florida and in Georgetown before, but our plans always fell through. Well let me say I was missing out big time. You always hear about how their hospitality is unlike anything you’ve ever experienced, but to be exposed to it in person is simply amazing.Upon arrival we were early for check in, so my wife went for a Swedish massage in the spa which according to her was a dream. I opted for lunch at Maximon (fantastic guac and margaritas). The rooms are classically decorated with floor to ceiling windows. We had a harbor view premier room that did not disappoint. It was a classy stay and just what we needed for a 24 hour staycation. The hotel is within walking distance to the Fells Point neighborhood for some good oysters! We will absolutely be returning at the next opportunity
