Wonderful selection and kind, helpful staff!! Ordered a lovely orchid for same-day local delivery, and added on a box of chocolates. It was delivered quickly and had some of the most beautiful orchid blooms I’ve seen available! Would highly recommend.

We worked with this florist for our wedding and the flowers and plants they provided were fresh and beautiful. Everything was exactly as discussed. We couldn’t have asked for more. The owner was very informative and friendly when we discussed our plans at the initial meeting.

Buying flowers for someone you care about who is far away and unwell is a challenging position to be in. That’s exactly what I was faced with when I called Fleur De Lis Florist on Monday afternoon. A dear friend of my family is currently in the care of Shock Trauma at USMC Hospital. After multiple calls to the hospital, I discovered they don’t have an in-house gift shop that delivers to patients, and nothing perishable could be received. I felt stumped, stressed, and discouraged as I called store after store without success. When I searched “best florist Baltimore,” Fleur De Lis Florist was the top result—and rightly so.
Rachel picked up with kindness, compassion, and attentiveness that shined through the phone. She helped me select a suitable gift, assured me it would be delivered to the correct location, and offered to call the hospital to confirm the room number. She spent 20 minutes on the phone with me, was kind enough to fulfill the request of providing a photo of the gift before it was delivered. I hung up feeling relieved, knowing they would handle everything.
When I called back to correct some information and change the card message, Nautica answered with the same warmth and understanding. I am truly impressed and touched! The gift exceeded my expectations and filled my heart with joy, knowing they could provide something beautiful for our loved one. Having worked for a florist before starting my career, I can’t recommend them enough❤️

I wanted something simple, sweet, and cheerful, but delicate for my Godmother’s funeral service and the arrangement was absolutely perfect. Beautifully done and they added a little touch of another color to set it off (at no extra cost). It was smaller (but surprisingly full and robust for the price, I expected something tiny) in comparison to the other displays people sent, but that’s only because I couldn’t afford much. However, mine was the most admired arrangement! Just couldn’t be more pleased with the quality and design!! Gorgeous and the person taking the order couldn’t have been nicer!!

Love their flowers but the owner is pretty racist…Went there for our wedding to pick some flowers. The younger staffs were lovely, but the owner (an old lady) was extremely disrespectful. Every time when a staff was helping us to pick the flowers out from the fridge, the owner would tell the staffs to work on something else. She wouldn’t do that to other white customers in the store. I have been purchasing flowers from them for some years, but I feel the same way every time. I rarely claim someone as racist in my life, but I’m sorry, she is racist…Quite sad to leave this comment because I used to love this flower store so much ? I will never support them again.

Beautiful arrangements - however both times I came into the establishment the employees seemed as if I was bothering them or interrupting them with questions about the services they offer. I agree with previous comments about the management style.

Awesome customer service, expertise and creativity. I went in for a quick arrangement with a specific look. The florist asked a few questions in dialog to get an understanding of my wants, provided suggestions and wonderfully created a masterpiece. Very pleased and will be my go to florist when in the area.

Lana and her team at Fleur de Lis did beautiful work with all the flower arrangements for our wedding. They were thorough in their consultation sessions with us and brought our vision to life. I loved my bride and bridesmaid bouquets, all of the ceremony and reception table arrangements. They provided excellent service in turning over our ceremony flowers to reception pieces. All around beautiful!

I do not normally write reviews, but I have to for this business. I went in this morning after having ordered two bouquets (three days ago for delivery on 04/17) from another company. I only received one of the arrangements, and we have an event today where I needed the other arrangement as well. I was told by that company they would not be able to get my arrangement to me in time. I was at a loss and did not know what to do. I happened across this florist via a google search and prayed that they would be able to make something happen for me. I walked in at 9:20 this morning, greeted by friendly faces and can do attitudes! Everyone was amazing. I told them what I needed and they made it happen. The arrangement is beyond beautiful! Thank you Fleur De Lis Florist! You really saved the day!

It is incredible that the owner Lana wants to cover the terrible employees she has with ridiculous excuses and be careful that they are not all of them, but LANA YOU SHOULD FOLLOW THE ADVICE OF THE CUSTOMERS WHO ARE THE ONE WHO KEEP YOUR BUSINESS. Your attitude towards me is very sad after having been your client for years and having prayed and worried for you daughter Giorgia when she left your house and you were worried, but I see that she and the 2 other employees of yours are good friends of Susan, your lying employee.
