I open my account 11 days ago within those 11days I have experience horrible customer service twice Tyrone Nelson has horrible customer service skills and either needs to be properly trained on how to deal with customers or fired because of Tyrone Nelson rude demeanor I will be closing my account immediately this account was wanted not needed✌?

Tyrone Nelson was who my appointment was set up with for me to open new Business banking account, his customer service stopped me before I even got to the appointment… I understand that this is a Bank and precaution has to be taken but If you can’t say that in a better manner, you should work somewhere else it’s no way I want to open a account with someone who doesn’t respect his peers. kindness goes along way and rudeness gets you no business. I understand the location but do better, Be respectful!

COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME. Came to this branch in the neighborhood to update information on my account and they said they’re short staffed and could not attend to me because the representative have to make phone calls for the rest of the day, this was after they asked me to wait and they had already attended to other customers in the branch before me.This was a very simple task that shouldn’t take time but the staff there were unwilling or too lackadaisical to address my simple task as a customer. This is the final straw with this bank, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

My wife and I went to this.Branch twice and no one had time to help us open a business account so we walked across the parking lot to Bank America, sorry for your lost Chase Bank stop hiring lazy people and this is a new Branch just open a few months ago I wonder how long this branch is going to exist .
