On Monday August 12 at approximately 930 pm Cashier #6 sold a membership to a family ahead of myself while I waited patiently well after the purchase of the membership and products the cashier continued to have a conversation with the family laughing and ignoring the rest of the patrons. After about 10 minutes customer service recognized and called me over to record my purchase while the cashier continued the same demeanor after I had purchased my items and was leaving the store

Deli is consistently understaffed, closed early or no one at the counter for service. Can take up to a half hour for you to be called. There's always one particularly angry worker who moves slow on purpose.

BEWARE! This club is over weighing and thus over charging for their items. I bought a Norwegian salmon fillet. Package price says net weight is 2.54 lb. I come home and weigh the fillet as part of the cooking process and my scale weighs in at 1lb 10oz. That is a MASSIVE difference and is theft from the customer. I don’t want to have to worry if I am being robbed when I shop. There are no scales inside to verify weights. I’ve always liked being a member but now I’m very skeptical.

After breaking a lug nut they decided they aren't able to do my tires. FINE. But now they want me to drive my car someplace else, get it fixed, and bring them the receipt for reimbursement. Sorry, not driving on a broken lug nut, and I'm not paying for the tow. So... now what?

Understaffed/Poorly trained staff. Propane refill closed early due the only staff member trained to do it not showing up. Manager offered no solutions or recovery. Just a SOL shrug.

I love shopping at BJS but unfortunately, I think I will be canceling my membership. For the last 3 visits, the deli has been closed early due to staffing issues. It’s a waste of time even coming. Maybe consider just changing the hours for the deli to specific time. I recommend visiting the location in White marsh.

I love the cakes, and the decoration it’s amazing, the laddy who decorates them she does an Amazing job.I been a member over 5 years and I have never been disappointed at all. Until Yesterday that Bakery department said that they are notGoing to be able to do no more decorations by request they will be only doing the decorations that they have in their book. Thats notFair at all ??

I would give them a lesson to than one star if I could I'm an Uber driver I just dropped off customers that paid over $60 to exchange an item that they purchased online for their daughter,with your assistance of door dash. They came with the receipt and were told that they needed some kind of number from door dash in order to exchange the$270 product without a BJ'S membership. THERE WERE 3 INDIVIDUALS THAT TOLD THIS LIE AS THEY LAUGHED AT THE COUPLE IN FRONT OF THEIR DAUGHTER. I AM SO COMPLETELY APPALLED AT THIS BEHAVIOR BECAUSE IT STRIKES A PERSON'S SOUL. I MEAN IMAGINE HOW THIS COUPLE FELT. THAT'S NOT ALL.... A male store Rep offered to help but only after he finished eating his rice.... What? What? WHAT? so how that situation didn't end up.... I commend the couple for maintaining their composure. It would have been more than bad words for a lot of people. The reps clearly found a way to get out of doing what they where getting paid for in a way that let them blame customer behavior for the event well guess what CATS OUT OF THE BAG. THESE INDIVIDUALS NEED TO BE SENT BACK TO HOW TO TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS LIKE HUMAN BEINGS SCHOOL
