Hello Good morning I went to this Bank of America on Monday April 15 to cash my check that my dad gave me for my birthday and to possible open an account with the bank and the treatment that i and many others received was very unacceptable Anna the manager there was literally yelling at the teller at the window and not only that she would not help her out with the long line.. i asked her if she could access me on cashing my check and making an appointment for me to come back in and she ignored me and kept on walking she was going back and forth from the office to the lobby area and was walking with her hands behind her back humming.. every one in the line was upset, there were these two old ladies with canes standing there waiting for her to assist to them and she ignored them. the way how Anna was carryon i was so disgusted by her behavior and how she treated everyone in the line.. she did not help she watched everyone complain and did nothing to help. Something needs to be done about her asap..I Hope Something can Get Resolved of this Situation , because if I decide to come Back to this Branch and this goes on again I will be reaching out to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) .

Sucks that I can't put half a star because the customer service that. Anna provided was VERY unprofessional. Her attitude an and disposition was negative and as a Bank of America customer I was dissatisfied with her customer services skills. I honestly feel that if she was not having a good day then she should have went home and tried again tomorrow! But to continue to stay at work and display such nasty and negative demeanor did not give this branch a good look!

If you need a bank I would refer you to go to the check cashing across the street. This place is inadequate and very unprofessional. They made a mistake with my card, instead of seeing my card and my ID, they wanted me to get my phone from my vehicle. But why? Why did I need it? Apparently I didn’t she just wanted me to go outside to see what type of phone I had. Avoid this place at all costs and Emely also!!!!

Don't do the video conferences to open an account. They will shut it down, and shut down the app and make u come in again to open another account. Not the staffs fault corperates fault. Will look for another bank that allows me more access to my money... Not impressed with banking products.

My spouse and I had a really great experience here! We ran into some issues getting dollars changed into foreign currency right before our vacation and Shantie’s customer service was so awesome. She helped us figure out a way to get the cash before we flew out and even offered to keep the branch open late so we could get it! Thank you!!

This is a bunch of crooks & I mean that coming from the higher ups. My account had so many fees once I actually took the time to go threw and see what they were doing. How dare this company charge people to put their money into your bank! Anyone who wants free banking also with online options switch to a credit union. No hassle and very helpful plus no hidden fees.

This bank branch sucks. They have 2 atm machines outside and more often then not, you can’t deposit or withdrawal money. This branch has single handily made me switch banks to Wells Fargo.

Why do you have only one teller and have a line full of people? You literally have like 4 people standing around doing almost nothing. If i could i would beg my boss to switch our account to a different bank, cause i dont got time to wait 15mins just for change and some deposit slips. I would give a zero if possible. I am so happy i personally took my buisness to wells fargo.
