Very much disappointed with the store, I called the store for Sansbug popup screen tent, the person in-charge of the store told me that they have. I asked him to keep one aside, he told me that he doesn't need to keep it away as he has quite a few. I drove more than 30 minutes to reach the store, (but it took more than 45 minutes as the Google Maps and Apple Maps was not able to locate the store address accurately). After reaching the store, he told me that he sold last 2 sansbug popup screens to some one and he doesn't have any more. He wasted more than 2 hours of my time .....

Went to this store to get a new Scouts uniform for my son. Can't say enough good things about this place, especially the generous help from the man running the store. He quickly pointed out the trousers and shorts that would probably fit my son and helped me find a belt. Very friendly and positive throughout. And it feels like they have everything there. They even have some camping equipment if you need it. The only slight drawback was that they don't have someone to sew patches at this time, although they do have adhesive if you want to do it that way. We will be back!

Will visit the Bel Air location in the future. Had not been to the location in the city in years. Forgot masks are needed since this location is in the city. Sewing services are no longer available at this location. Inventory was good. Staff were friendly and helpful which is expected. Prices have gone up just like everything but cost of uniforms are expensive. Now with the bag ban, it cost $.5 for a bag after spending $400 in uniforms for myself and my two sons. The $.5 doesn't even go to the scouts but to the City. Ultimately the lower rating is partially based on two options being enforced by an incompetent mayor. Between these items and lack of sewing services, at least for me I'm better off going to Bel Air.

Always receive excellent customer service at the Baltimore Scout Shop across from the Council Service Center. The manager, Charles, is knowledgeable and super helpful. The shop is stocked, organized and constantly has new arrivals making browsing fun.
