Bad service even though the bowling lanes empty they didn’t let us to use our group on coupons and the guy in the front was so rude.

We were 6 people tried to use groupon and came at 4:0 pm and there are pretty much all lanes available, but the guy in the front so called manager didn’t let us use the groupon and we had tried yesterday too, and that guy knew about it as well, I wish i could give them zero star

This is the 5th time we came to use groupon coupon every time we come here the manager does not let us to play this is really terrible service. you can see there is no one playing. All the lanes are empty and we came exactly at 4 pm , the guy in the counter said we can’t use groupon on this location we tried yesterday to too and this is consecutively 5th attempt.

It’s been a long time since being here. The pizza was good, the renovations looked nice and it had good customer service while ordering food and drinks. Glad y’all are still in business and doing well
