Beautiful for older ppl parties , parties who Do not have plans to decorate themselves .... Not okay For Babyshowers like the flyer says .... I had a baby shower here February 2nd , when I was first toured Mr. Kevin had the place nicely Decorated he said it would be $550 , $500 for the place $50 for the cleanup person to come around and clean the mess . If I need extra hours added on it would be 100$ ! Children had to be counted and he had to know the estimate. wich was fine the decorations he had up was for a New Year’s party that he said he would take down and that if I needed any decorations done he could talk to his Partner Ava. Or if I wanted to do my own just let him know and we could do them the day before the shower was to start . Mr. Kevin was let known that I would not be planning my own baby shower & that my aunt would be doing it and decorating . After he was payed his deposits 200 .I had my aunts check the place out . They called me to tell me that Mr. Kevin said there were no kids allowed also that he could not take the decorations from the ceiling down in the pictures he had on the walls also the statues he had around. Different from what I was told on tour . The day before my shower he Told my aunt that he never heard from me and that we were not going to be able to come in because he did not get the rest of his money I called him the Wednesday before my shower , my shower was on a Saturday. Once he saw that I called on Wednesday he did call back to apologize and I gave him the money I told him that someone would be there at 11 o’clock in the morning to put decorations up and he told me that he was going to get Ava to take some things down and that it was nice and clean when I arrived they still had table cloths , statues , pictures on the wall that clashed with my decorations terribly , Although my shower still turned out beautiful with his decorations clashing mine ! I wound up being an hour late for my shower so I needed to add an hour originally through the tour he told me it would be $100 extra when I arrived to pay another hour he wanted $150 ! And he also added that 50 was not enough for the clean up person to clean through the shower but only at the end also being as tho THEY DID NOTHING BUT SWEPT , I was UPSET ! The linen they did not remove was DIRTY !!!! And when I got there he had another party over top of mine interfering with the music I had playing , I had to turn it off it was clashing too bad with the music and noise they had upstairs ! I had a horrible experience with them and I hope nobody else has to go through this ! I only wanted to enjoy my day so I did not fuss about it BUT I WILL WARN EVERYONE THROUGH A REVIEW !!! Terrible service , Black owned business ! I would not recommend any baby showers with him or anymore business PERIOD! Also I was told before I got to my shower that Ava had a very bad attitude !
