Visited for Disney on Ice with our kids; quick entry, welcoming staff who were fantastic saying hello to all the kids, complimenting their outfits, pumping up the excitement level Venue was very clean (seating space & bathrooms)- sigage was helpful to arrive at our seats- Seats were very tiny, wit limited foot room- luckily the staff was friendly about us moving once open seats were unclaimed, so our daughter had room to dance in place- and some seats seemed to have limited views (definitely made notes for future visits) Parked a short walk away in a garage Overall, a decent experience- would return for another event, but definitely going to be cognizant of our seating choices

I think the sound is awesome here. I saw Lionel Richie and my seat although way up was still great! Ushers were pretty nice and my only compliant is no WHITE wine. How is that :-) but really!

Just saw Andrea Bocelli here and it was an excellent venue. Sound and sights were amazing. The employees are very courteous and efficient. We paid the extra $30 for the Nineteen 62 Club and I'd have to say it was worth it, except for the food. They could do a lot better in that department, even if they had to charge a little more. I'm taking one star for that. Can't wait for the next concert!

The parking situation to get in here is an absolute travesty. Better give yourself 2 hours to get from a restaurant a mile away if you want to see your show on time! Otherwise you're going to be strolling in half an hour late or worse. You can either park in the next county over and walk a long way, or park at the arena for gouging prices and you better come 2 hours early. Baltimore traffic is horrific and there aren't enough entrances into the parking garages. O's Park has a much easier time in and out despite there being 3-4x the people showing up. The inner city is not designed to handle the capacity of a venue like this. IMO they should close it down. AVOID!!! Also the sound system is bad and the seats are sized for children.

We saw Stevie Nicks here and it was damn near full sellout. Who doesn't love her?! I liked this arena. Very nicely laid out, easy to find your way with tons of entrances and signage and staff around to answer questions and tons of various entrances from the street to keep the traffic down. It was well-staffed with so many people - they had this run as a well oiled machine. You could always find someone to ask a question to and get pointed in the right direction. We had seats in the 108 second floor section but had a great, unobstructed view of the stage as the seats are all staggered, which is nice. What was a really nice touch was the use of the self-service, grab-n-go food items. They had some refreshment areas with drinks, alcohol, snacks like cookies and popcorn and candy as well as some sandwiches and Cobb salads (which looked surprisingly good), and you grabbed it and walked up to a self-checkout. No lines, it was running smoothly. Additionally, they had some hot food places doing the same things with fries and chicken sandwiches. Amazing! It was really running smoothly. We easily found our seats and restrooms as needed and had no issues. Really enjoyed the show and the arena has great sound. Seating is tight... you're really packed in and there is no room to walk in front of people, they basically have to get up and move... but otherwise it's ok once you're seated. Exit was equally as easy and didn't take very long as all the various entrances were open to exit from. Would come back again any time!

This is the second venue in this area lately that doesn't have dedicated parking. This doesn't make any sense to me. I had a great view for the show we saw, but bathrooms were one floor below, and seating is so cramped, my knees touched the seat in front of me; I am only 5'2! Service and staff are friendly and top notch but you'll need to do better overall CFG Arena.

Could be worse! I really hoped the show tonight was better played out. You have top line performers coming and this arena is not up to their high standards.

It's a little better. They painted the arena all black and the acoustics were a bit improved. Food and drink are still incredibly overpriced. Parking was $50 at all surrounding garages (not sure what the arena itself charged). Staff was friendlier this time. We're going next week so we'll see if the experience is consistent. NOTICE: Purses (even small ones) are not allowed. As of this writing, this small detail is not on the web site. They were turning people away left and right.

Can I give this place a negative amount of stars?? I go to a lot of concerts and this was by far the worst venue I've ever been to. Never again!!

I had a great experience at the newly renovated arena for the Winter fest show. My only complaint is the park garage. While conveniently entering the arena from the 3rd floor of the garage patrons pay $30 and they only have one working elevator.

I love the new renovations done to this indoor arena, formerly known as Royal Farms Arena. I love the upgrades to the bathrooms, seats, lounges and the Concessions Stands. Quick access to receiving and paying for your food. The lounges are beautifully decorated. Beautiful bright light fixtures and plenty of space and tables to enjoy a quick cocktail and food before the main event. I'll definitely will be back for future events

It's one thing if everyone was held to the same standard and there were enough lockers available, but there weren't. The workers were rude and apathetic at best especially 2065. I was not directly involved with her but when she made it her business not only to involve herself, but also to antagonize me when she saw me throwing away my Yves St. Laurent bag. She even went out of her way to talk about me in front of other employees. Out of everyone I encountered, she was the nastiest and rudest. She saw how I noticed how the guy behind her was letting people in regardless of their bag size and made sure to say something to him and be in front of him, so I couldn't see how else he was messing up. I mean he was literally just opening the bag and letting people in and I saw so many people just walking by with ostensibly larger bags which was infuriating. I didn't know I just need to bring in one of my prescriptions to get into the arena. I even tried to prove my disability of being diagnosed with general anxiety disorder, panic disorder, ptsd, and depression, but that wasn't enough. I guess my disability wasn't visible even for them. Forget about me though, countless women had to toss their bags while the woman next to me had a full sized bag and no medical clearance. There were women who traveled via Uber or train from an hour away with no way to safely guard our bags. There was no sympathy at all. I was informed that it's not the stadium's responsibility to have enough lockers despite having this policy. On top of that, they broke my rollerball perfume. I doubt I'm getting reimbursed for that or the bag.

Basic Arena with outdated seating and vendor shops. Parking is pretty decent around the arena, but you will have to pay. I wouldn't choose to see a show here over going to DC, but you can usually get cheaper tickets here. Photos are from Rod Wave concert section 106 and Travis Scott concert section 104 row J seat1

Great small venue where every seat in the house is decent. The new owners are really bringing in some great talent too. Bars, food vending areas are all updated and fresh looking. But good grief was it hot in there!! And where was way too expensive. Like 7 bucks. Parking is easy but pricey. But there are a lot of options if you are able to walk a bit. I like it and will be back

Attended the Saturday noon show for the Ringling Brothers circus this past weekend and thoroughly enjoyed the venue. Security was quick and painless, the ticket scanners were efficient and the seats/viewing angles were great in Section 103.The best part of the venue experience bar none were the self-service drink coolers on the concourse. No waiting in line to order and pay for a drink. Just grab your beverage of choice from the plentiful selection in the coolers, head to one of the 6-8 checkout scanners at either end, scan, pay, and go. Kudos to CFG Arena for making the process go so much faster than any other arena I’ve ever been in.
