AVOID THIS PLACE! This is, both for a would be customer and for the company. THE EMPLOYEES AT THIS PLACE ARE WORKING HARD TO TARNISH AND BRING THE COMPANY DOWN, whilst making customer’s lives miserable. Here I’ll give you the rundown of my experience so far.I went in to trade 6 phones for the new iPhones (quite a pricy thing to do) but hey, they offered us a deal so we were willing to from Verizon to t-mobile. Our phones had cracks on them and jose Camacho held our phones, looked at us in the eyes, and told us we could trade it in regardless of the damage. Not only that wasn’t true, but he marked one of the phones as, not being a trade in, but put it as me buying a brand new one, not trading it!!!!!Jose Camacho, you see the name, you run! The manager is horrible too since all she did was throw contracts here and there, but the last thing you’d expect is to deal with a the small text when JOSE CAMACHO told me I would be fine.They were sooo hesitant to help me, as if I was in the wrong and I was bothering them with my issue. They are toxic and are just there for a paycheck, even if it hurts you!Avoid this place at all costs and do not give them your time, or money. T-mobile, if you care about your brand, do something about this location because as you can see, for the past years, all they have done is prayed on the Hispanic community around this place to trick them into this horrible situations. Jose and everyone involved, you should be ashamed of doing your job so poorly and without any care.Like one man once told me, if you’re going to do something, do it well or else, don’t do it at all

Bad service they gave us internet at home with the sim deactivated we did not have internet and we made a deal with the administrator of this place.

This was just a wonderful experience and a wonderful store. Shakarah was extremely helpful and the whole environment felt friendly and welcoming. This is definitely the store I'll be making my permanent go to.

I will say the I phone 12 I recently got for my wife was in good shape. They didn’t seem friendly not really. Jose the guy who helped me was courteous at best!I felt the charge for my IPhone 11 cover 15$ was too expensive! and so was his labor! another 15$ which obviously he wasn’t clear. And once I saw it carefully I realized what he had done!the phone was paid in full which is what we wanted! and he def tried to upsell! after u was CLEAR I wanted the basic. Which was 15$ prepaid! Lauren a Hispanic girl was there too. I believe that’s her name. She was quite rude. I told her any “specials” for being a long lasting member with T-MOBILE would be greatly appreciated! she said “technically you’re not though!” I was like I AM REGARDLESS if it’d prepaid. Also I was questioned and they tried to discriminate me based on my appearance as to why I wanted prepaid. It’s not the first time people act like this with me; especially I noticed people in this area. Due to activity. So I told him I wasn’t a criminal it was just a preference. But I should have had to explain that! I did that to speed things up because I was in a hurry! they seemed okay. Nothing I couldn’t handle other than being robbed! by 10$ minimum. And some rude associates including the supervisor who tried to come out the back menacingly as if to stick up for his rude employee who he should retrain her on her manners. Other than that I had a good experience. I highly recommend on those prices and hopefully they didn’t add any funny lines. I got a basic prepaid.

Extremely poor customer service and the store plays very loud music. I enjoyed Rockville pike store, its inviting, no loud music, and helpful staff!

I went for an upgrade a few days ago i spoke to cesar I believe his name was he was knowledgeable and walk me through every step made sure I understood what we were doing made sure all my info was there nothing too complicated made it simple efficient and quick.

They are scammers be care full , don’t create post pay account ever , specially the store specialist must be investigated , the whole crew . Be careful .

My recent experience at this T-Mobile office was highly unsatisfactory, leading me to feel deceived and disappointed. I strongly advise against choosing this office for any service or transactions.

Horrible Customer Service.The worst is the manager at this location. He does NOT care about customers and provide worst customer service.Disrespecting customers when finding best solutions for himself BUT NOT FOR CUSTOMERS!Worst customer service in T mobile store.There is waaaay better manager at the store at White Oak - wonderful and very pleasant.Also much better store is in the Wheaton Mall. Much better customer service everywhere else.AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COST!

Terrible terrible terrible. I walked into this store and everyone just stared at me like I was a problem for coming in. I received no warm greeting, so immediately uncomfortable to be there.but that’s just small stuff. The manager clearly bothered that I pointed this out, continued numerous times to try to make passive aggressive attempts to insult me while also trying to get me to buy something. He then seeing as I was a black man, before I left and didn’t purchase his upswell, made a comment about “I know how it is man, gotta make sure you got that child support money.” Didn’t give him the satisfaction of seeing my utter disgust. This place is the worst mobile service store I have every visited and I strongly warn you against going as well. If it’s close to home, you would still do better by going a little further drive elsewhere.

This place is terrible. I didn’t realize that this was not a corporate store until later on. The person that helped me led me on a wild goose chase looking for a phone that doesn’t exist. I thought that he was being very helpful. I went to four other stores looking for this phone. When I had to pick a different phone it soured me on T Mobile. We were finalizing everything and I found out that the person at the first store added lines on my account that were not authorized. He added a watch line without my knowledge. I wouldn’t have known until I got my bill. I feel violated! I would never go to this location again!!! If you go to this location I recommend repeatedly checking your account for any added lines.
