I called at the last minute to get 50 pieces of chicken and 48 biscuits for a repass. The manager was very accommodating, polite and friendly. I arrived at the restaurant and waited a max of 15 minutes for the chicken and biscuits. Beyond grateful and satisfied customer.

For being in a super busy area, like Aspen Hill is, the management seems to make a strong attempt at keeping this location orderly and clean. The seating area is nicely kept and when we were there was being kept clean. I would be nice to have more than single stall restrooms, but it is what it is, the mens room was clean when we were there. I believe it may have been the manager that was walking around wiping tables down and making sure everything was clean and stocked, even if it wasn't the manager, at least it was being looked at. Good visit.

I'm THRILLED to have a Roy Rogers in my neighborhood! The food is, as always, superior to other fast-food places, and the people who work there are phenomenal. It's my go-to again and again for quality food at fair prices. Forget McD and BK, Roy Rogers is "hands down" (a horse reference) the best.

The chicken is and fries were good. The sandwich of meal # 3 had too much grease and no taste. The horseradish sauce is awesome.

Outstanding service by Darren and staff. I had to wait for my fried chicken order because I couldn't get the app to work to order ahead. Darren was very helpful in filling the order to my satisfaction and quickly even though they had to cook more chicken

Service is top notch i was greeted within 30 seconds and was told about the sides and fresh salad in the fridge that was fantastic! I did a survey from the cup too. I really love their fresh veggie bar for topping your own sandwiches. Horseradish and bbq sauce out of this world!

My mom has food poisoning from this location. She ordered late at 8:15 on Saturday night and got a 2 piece white meat combo with coleslaw and has been sick since last night. Only posting because I see another complaint about food borne illness here and my mom legit never gets sick so something must be going on at this location.

Used to be OK when they first opened. In the last year, most of the workers, most likely directed by the franchise owner/manager, cheat customers out of what they order. For example, if you order a double burger, they will only give you one. If you ask for extra bacon, they will not do it, but they will charge you for it. They will mix up your order if you order more than one sandwich, putting ham on a fish sandwich. Or "forget" your fries. If you pick up an order for a group of people; good luck. If you have the time to actually inspect your order, and then have time to wait in line again to get what you've asked for and paid for, they will fain "Oh, sorry--my mistake". They will make up excuses like "I'm new-sorry!". Are you new for months? Same workers saying the same excuse. All this is an act and a way for this restaurant to make extra money off of customers who are hurried. Nice ploy! They know most people will not come back to correct it due to time and hunger. IF you have time, inspect your bag of items completely for accuracy and get them to correct it. You may even want to demand they remake everything.

Horrendous service. Love Roy Rogers but the staff here are a joke. Nobody could bother refilling the condiment pumps so they just pulled them into the back and never brought them back out.Nothing like spending $21 on lunch to deal with this level of service

We just had the worst experience. Sindy or the manager wanted to charge us twice. The guy behind the counter was brand new no help at all.
