Ten minutes late for an appointment that we drove through rush hour traffic to get to and they refused to see my dog that is currently in pain and needs care. Ten minutes! They also keep saying we have no record of previously seeing us but we have seen them before. I would not recommend them for their lack of understanding that traffic happens and their lack of keeping records! Attached is proof we have been seen in the past.

I think Dr. Kaiser is a very good veterinarian and very nice. I really find the people at the front desk and the technicians to be a mixed bag. Some are so nice. Others can be surly and cold and actually rude. I also find they don't hear or listen well, and I have to repeat myself. It's a hostile vibe at times and I'm weary of it. If you want a good veterinarian who is compassionate, which is what matters most, I recommend them highly. Just be thick skinned.

Dr Kaiser really cares for your pets and treats them like family. She takes her time to answer all your questions and is always a phone call away... absolutely love her

I had my cat there this evening and I won't go back. My cat has had long-term behavior problems. The doctor that was there this evening couldn't even be bothered to come in and talk to me he/she sent the tech in to relay information. They were only interested in money and not my cat. Total lack of compassion and sensitivity. I will never refer anyone to them again.

I called to try and make an appointment for my cat as I’m new to the area and he’s been feeling unwell for a few days. For absolutely no reason, the woman on the phone was so rude to me and belittled me for letting my cat outside (he has always been indoor and outdoor) and proceeded to be extremely rude due to the fact I’d have to work around my 4pm-12am work schedule and my fiancés 7am- 3:30 pm schedule. She had such a gross tone and didn’t take the time to work with me patiently at all. I eventually was so sick of the attitude I was like never mind you’re very rude I don’t want to speak with you and I hung up. Sorry we just moved and started new jobs that we can’t call out from with such a short notice and for letting my cat roam outdoors the way he is meant to???? What is up with that
