The young lady crystal seems to be a new nail tech at the Jcp salon Annapolis she did a wonderful job on my pedicure I advised her that I was diabetic and she gave me a nice. Clean smooth pain free pedicure she rocks !!

I last minute needed my hair done; had my hair loc'd up; half of my hair was still not taken out; the salon was very clean; great energy in the venue as soon as I arrived; Yolanda did amazing job w washing; drying; and giving me tgr style I asked for; Thank you JC Penny Salon. Oh the website is super easy to book appointments.

Connie did an outstanding job on my hair. She is very personable and thorough with her work. She made sure to have an understanding of what was wanted and did magic. Highly recommend. I am a first timer and will be back again, Thank you Connie and JCPenny!

This salon is amazing. Been going here close to 30 years. I have never had a bad experience with Denise, my previous hairdresser who moved and now Dee. They listen, give advice based on your hair textures, needs and products to keep your hair the way you want it. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I won't go anywhere else but here. Thank you for being there.

Made an appointment for a Sunday at noon, booked 3 hours of time for a routine highlight/low light and trim. The person that I booked called me to explain I needed to come in 2 hours earlier for a consultation on that same Sunday morning at 10am. He also mentioned I might need to pay for extra services. Basically he talked me into a cancellation and could have cared less when I did. So, yah… don’t waste your time.

The one star is because they claim to be open but they don’t have anyone there to do the job.I went on Thursday to get my daughter and my hair done and they didn’t have anybody there. They said that they will have someone there on Friday afternoon, I went back and they didn’t want to take us. The guy said that nobody would cut my 7 years old daughter’s hair.Ridiculous!

The customer service was fine but the service was terrible. I asked for an eye brow wax and said Injiat wanted a clean up. I have pretty nice eyebrows and when the stylist was done they were small slits. They were not cleared up because I still had long pieces that were not trimmed.I showed her a picture of my hair blown out and curled and told hers I’d like that style. I told her I don’t use. a lot of product on my hair. She lathered my hair in mouse. And I could tell by the way she was blow drying my hair, she has to be inexperienced. She then curled it and after half way, I to her that’s not the style and showed her the picture again. She was saying the curls will fall. Once she was done, the style looked horrendous.Services: Shampoo & conditioning

They try their best to a accommodate walk in appointments ( my appt was w/in an hour). FYI a " wash and set" isn't the same as a wash and rod/roller set. Be clear about what service you need as there may be a price difference. Otherwise, it's clean and quiet.

My husband wanted to get my hair done for pictures before his deployment. The staff was amazing and fit me in to an already busy schedule. Estelle was amazing and so was Mariam. I loved the atomphere they created. I felts cared for and heard. They gave me the style my husband wanted and it was worth every penny. But wasn't super expensive especially given that it was last minute. I will be returning soon and will be asking for Estelle. She completed my look and all while educating me in ways to make my hair healthier as she worked.
