They had a lot of appointment availability. But thats the only positive I found. I had questions about my withholdings and was told to come back at a specific day and time to give them time to review. When I showed up to review and sign, I was told they were closing by the person who srt up my appointment (why schedule my appointment for your closing time?). Then the tax professional seemed unprepared for me and did not have answers for my questions. I had additional questions about my future withholding, but as she was rushing through, I didn't feel I could get answers. She just said if I make more, my employer should withhold more. No kidding. I wanted to discuss how much I should be withholding for 2023 to avoid owing next tax season. I will not be using this group again. If I wanted to just punch in numbers, I would use Turbotax. I paid for guidance which I didn't get.
