My tahoe was run off the rd on 97 in pouring rain. After towing, insurance wanted to total it due to extensive body damage and airbags deploying. Caron and family at Gott treated me like family and worked with my insurance company to get my car like new again and in reasonable time. That was in May, and after driving it and checking things out, I could not be more pleased. They did an amazing job and kept me informed the entire time. Thanks, guys, for doing such great work. Highly recommend them.

They did body work for me, were clear on the work done and the cost when other issues came up, and when they were done the Mechanic said it was the best he had seen.

My 19 y.o. Honda looked brand new, inside and out, (for the second time in about 10 years), when I picked it up today. The work the GOTT family does is beyond outstanding, is professional, and very friendly; and they will work with your insurer to have provided you the most reasonable cost when you drive away in your beautiful vehicle!Unfortunately they aren't able to prevent accidents.....but they'll fix you right up when they do occur. So check them out, people!

Phenomenal customer service, work was done in an extremely timely and thorough way, and best of all, the price was fair and reasonable. Very much appreciated that they didn't try and rip me off with some completely unreasonable estimate, as someone else in the area did.

To the lady who works there - When being asked about having the car painted, don't go picking off the already flaking paint on someone else's property and argue that 'the paint shouldn't be doing that. It was repainted.' The paint was original. I did not appreciate that. Even if you provided the service I needed and could do a fantastic job, I wouldn't give you my business specifically because of this incident.

I could not be more pleased with the outstanding customer service, quality workmanship and great price provided by Gott Auto Body - my car looks as good as new! I will definitely use this repair shop in the future if necessary and highly recommend them to others.

I scheduled my repair eight weeks in advance, and it was worth the wait for many reasons. First, Karen in the office provided prompt, personal and professional customer service, including a very reasonable quote. Second, the shop ordered the parts in advance, so my car was ready a full day earlier than expected. Next, their communication during the process was very clear, and the quote was exactly what I paid. Finally, imagine that they even cleaned the interior of my car, and the exterior work is exceptional. Very grateful.

I discovered this great shop by accident just driving by and made a note to see if they could work on my older clunker suv door issue. Fast forward... they repaired it like new! Fast, affordable! I also had a big hit n run parking lot rear end smash up on my newer Nissan and they repaired it beautifully and very fairly. They go the extra mile to communicate and are the best!!
